Chapter 18

Katty's POV

I still can't believe that Blessy is alive, my sister. Nandito Kami sa bahay nila Levi. I learned that Levi's mother saved my sister from that fire and she is currently living here with them. I'm happy that she live a happy life, I'm happy that she didn't became miserable like me.

Nasa tabi ko si Blessy ngayon at nakaharap kami kay Levi at sa mother niya.

"I'm Katty. . ." She suddenly cut me off.
"I know you iha." She said, nangunot Naman ang noo ko. She knew me? How? And when?
"When I found Blessy hinanap ko ang parents niya that's why I dig some informations about her and I learned that you are her only sister. I knew that this day will come, the truth is I already treated your sister as my daughter and I really don't want her to leave us but it's so selfish of me by thinking of that that's why when she suddenly remembered her past, I told her everything that I know. I'm sorry for not telling you that she's alive." She said or more like explained. I don't know what to feel.
"Thank you for taking care of my sister." Yan na lang ang sinabi ko. I'm still greatfull dahil niligtas at inapagaan niya si Blessy, at least habang lumalaki si Blessy eh naranasan niya ang pag mamahal ng isang ina kahit na hindi sila magkadugo.

So marami pa kaming mga pinagkwentuhan at napaka saya ko, ang saya ko lang kasi heto si Blessy ngayon hindi na siya sakitin di gaya dati. At heto siya ngayon masaya sa piling ni Levi. I know that Levi loves my sister that's why I'll trust him but don't he dare breaking my sister's heart.

Si tita naman eh may trabaho pa pala kaya ayun umalis na siya.

"Ate bat nga ba ganyan lagay mo ng makita ka namin?" Blessy ask. Then I remember Russelle again. I just turned my back against the man I love.
"I just met Russelle's parents." I said.
"Oh really? Then you should be happy right?" She said, napaismid ako because of bitterness.
"How can I be happy? Nalaman ko lang naman na yung babaeng iniwan tayo eh nagasawa na pala ng mayaman at may maganda ng buhay?" I said, kita ko naman gulat sa mga mata niya. Pero imbes na galit at pagkamuhi ang makita ko, I saw longing in her eyes. Naramdaman ko nalang na may tumulong luha sa mga mata ko.
Why? I can't understand, she just left us and find her new family but why is Blessy like this?
"Don't tell me you wanted to meet her?" I ask with my cold voice.
"Ate. . ." I cut her off.
"She left us, Blessy. LEFT US. Why can't you understand that. WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS SIDING THAT BITCH?" I ask in anger. Then suddenly she stood up and slap me, na hinding-hindi ko inaasahan. Tumayo rin si Levi at hinawakan si Blessy.
"Blessy stop!" Levi said.
"She is our mother, your mother." She said while pointing at me. Again, I felt helpless and alone again. Nahanap ko nga si Blessy pero eto siya at tinatalikuran na rin ako.
"Fine, she's your mother. But not mine." I told her and left.
Sabi na eh, yung mga taong mahal ko, tinalikuran Lang naman ako.

At gaya ng kanina palakad lakad nalang ako. Now Blessy is mad at me. Kahahanap ko lang sakanya pero eto galit siya sakin. Why can't they understand that accepting that woman is really hard for me? Bakit mas iniisip lang nila and mararamdaman ng babaeng yun? Naisip din ba nila ako? Yung mga pinagdaanan ko? I guess not.

"Katty!" I heard Russelle's voice. Nakatayo siya di kalayuan sa akin.
"Ate!!" I also heard Blessy's voice.
Ang mga taong minahal ko pero sinaktan din ako.

Sa sobrang sakit ng mararamdaman ko eh parang hindi pa ako handang makaharap sila, ang sakit na ng ginawa nila sakin ehh, mali bang lumayo nalang ako sa sakit?

I just realize that I started running, rinig ko ang pag tawag at habol nila sakin but I didn't stop hanggang sa may humintong van sa harap ko at agad akong kinuha, hindi na ko nakapalag pa dahil hinang hina na ko.

Bigla nalang nila tinakpan ang bibig ko and everything went dark.

Russelle's POV

"Katty!" I called her when I saw her. I saw her crying face again. I just want to say sorry to her. I just realized that it's still hard for her to at least face her mom right now but still I said those hurtful things to her that I really regret. Bago pa ako makalapit ay may tumawag din sakanya.
"Ate!!" She called Katty. Wait? I remember that face, sa mall when we go shopping at the first time. She's with the woman who ask me if Katty's my girlfriend.

Katty suddenly run that's why I followed her.
"KATTY!!" I called but she didn't stop.
"Please, listen to me!" I shouted again but she didn't stop.

Hanggang sa may van na huminto sa harap niya and took her. I tried to save her but I was to late. Nakaalis na yung van.

Nakita ko nalang na biglang nanghina yung isa pang babae na humahabol din kay Katty.

"Stand, we still need to find Katty." I told her. She looked at me with her teary eyes.
"Blessy!" I heard someone shouted. May lalaking tumatakbo sa pwesto Ng babaeng to at agad siyang pinatayo at niyakap.
But Blessy? Kapangalan niya ba yung kapatid ni Katty o siya to? But that's impossible if she's really her sister because she's already dead.

Ano ba tong iniisip ko, Katty is my main priority here.
I started walking towards my car hoping that she still has her phone.

"Wait" Napatigil ako ng may tumawag saakin.
"Can I help?" She ask. If she's willing then sure. I just nodded.

"But let me ask you something. Who are you?" I ask.
"I'm Ate Katty's sister." She said. So I'm right. Napatango nalang ako, I still want to ask some questions but Katty first.
