A/N: This chapter was written by Tato. And sorry if I made Dan sound like an asshole.

Dan's P.O.V

"One, and two, and three, and lift," I said to Chelsea, my current student. We glided around the dance studio, twirling and dipping. When the clock buzzer went of at 4:00 pm, her session was over, and so was my shift. I went to go into the office to clock out, when my boss, James McCallahay, stopped me at the door.

"I've got some news for you, Dan. You've got a new student coming tomorrow. His name's Phil, and-"

"Wait, he's a guy? I specifically requested to be a girl's only teacher!" I protested.

"You're the only one of the 5 teachers here that has the schedule for the time that he's coming; all of the others already have students." James then handed me a manila folder with the new student's information, like always. This was the file:

Name: Phillip (Phil) Michael Lester

Age: 25 (Geez, I thought, 5 years older than me?)

Sex: Male (Duh. Ever met a girl named Phillip?)

Experience: No prior experience (Shit. Newbies are always hard to teach)

Special Instructions: None (Thank the Lord)

Then there were some pictures of him. He was skinny, with black hair styled much like my own, except the fringe is reversed. He had icy blue eyes, and always seemed to be dressed in bright, colorful graphic tees. I sighed. He did NOT look like a person who would be very good at ballroom dancing. I looked at another picture, the last one, and it showed Phil with another boy, with light brown hair and emerald green eyes, much taller than Phil. It was a photo that looked like it belonged in a scrap book. I turned it over and saw scrawly handwriting that read,

"Matt and I on our first date." I dropped the picture. Oh man. I was uncomfortable dancing with straight guys, but a GAY guy. I mean, I'm not homophobic, but still. I clocked out, and walked out the doors of the Ballroom Dancing Hall of Manchester.
