1. Jurassic Sanctuary is my own term for old world or chaotic supposed to be 'paradise' because we live in a world that is still uneducated despite having so many great and wise ambassadors and influencers that teaches human rights, feminism and acts against sexism and racism. And it is also the first poem because I want to start the whole album with a realistic and non-fictional approach for the first poem in the album, and it is immensely straightforward.
2. It's More Fun At Home is the second poem because the character that will later on have two daughters, which are Perpetua and Carlina. Perpetua means everlasting and Carlina means free woman, if you put it together it means everlasting freedom or everlasting free woman.
3. The third poem is the Fragrance of France, I put it on third spot because it's a poem about third parties. The other girl is Croatian because it's a reference to a television series that I like which is Make It With You, and Liza's character lives in Croatia in the beginning of the series. And the story is about pastries, so why not put a Filipino pop culture reference.
4. The names of the siblings and their parents in 'Living Together In A New Town' has meanings. Aurora means dawn, which is a reference to farmers waking up early at dawn to take care of their crops. Artemio is the male version of the name Artemis in Greek Mythology, which is the Goddess of Agriculture, and Artemio is also my Grandfather's name. Jack is shorten from lumberjack, which is one of the main occupations and sources of income of the villagers. Raven symbolizes wildlife and darkness, the name symbolizes the dark times that the couple went through and it also represents the birds that are flying around the fields greeting them every morning. Their parents name are quite simple, Sunshine means the rays of the sun that are needed to grow and sustain the prosperity of the crops. Apollo is the God of medicine, music and poetry and is also Artemis' twin brother.
5. It is still co related to 'Living Together In A New Town' their names actually defines their behaviors and personalities later on. I would like this to be added to the poem, but It's more appropriate to write it here. Aurora is the early-bird, waking up early to cook for breakfast and is also well disciplined because she's the eldest. Artemio is the main assistant of their parents when it comes to planting and harvesting, he has a remarkable interest in agriculture. Jack has an interesting personality, despite being named after lumberjack, he has a passion for forestry. He genuinely cares for Mother Earth and its beautiful creations. Raven is the rebel, she's carefree and is ready to take risks in an early age. Her bravery and wise mindset always makes her stand out in the family. She doesn't want to follow a pointless chain of command. Sunshine is a symbolic name as a mother, because mothers are considered as the light of the family. She brings positivity and encouragement to her children, nourishing every aspect of the family. She mostly goes well with Aurora and Jack, because both of them are idealists and responsible. Apollo is a great father, he disregards toxic masculinity and wants to show his nourishing and more like feminine side to his children. He's the one who treat his children's wounds, he loves reading stories and poetry to them and has great taste for music. Apollo being a feminist and a LGBTQIA+ supporter makes their neighbors think he's bisexual or gay. But in reality his wise mindset and practical thinking skills is a great addition to the community that is mostly narrow minded and morally uneducated. He mostly goes well with Artemio and Raven, because Artemio has a passion for agriculture and local products and Raven is an intelligent and wise daredevil.
6. I Love You Only In Bed is actually connected to Living Together In A New Town. There's a line in the first poem that Apollo got his money from the streets and from a dirty bank, it's actually from a motel and the dark streets of bars. He made out with gays to earn money at that time, and the person that the speaker that has been referencing in the second poem is actually Apollo. It's a message that people change, even though the past will haunt you, you can't let it control your future. And that's why Apollo is a LGBTQIA+ Community supporter, because he wants to payback his debt to his former sex partner indirectly. It is also inspired by Tharntype The Series, and I thought about what will happen if they didn't end up together and that's why I wrote this.
7. Corn Fields Of Guatemala is in the sixth spot because it was said in the poem that she's been living in Guatemala for almost seven years, so it means that approximately she's been living there for six years now. I like using numbers in poems that would likely determine where I will put it in order. It makes the process of ordering the poems from first to last easier.
8. Ladybug Express is kind of inspired by Everything Has Changed by Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. That's why I used the animal Ladybug because it's the only animal that I could think of that speaks innocence, childhood, and colored in bright red. And I also love breaking cliché storylines like childhood friends became lovers, That's why they didn't end up together, but I also love the reality that we couldn't forcibly choose the one who we want to be with forever. That's why it didn't worked or you broke up because you aren't meant for each other and you deserve more than that.
9. Let's Go To Greece is self-explanatory on its own. It's inspired by my love for Greek Mythology, ever since I was a child, I had an interest for Greek gods, goddesses and mythological creatures.
10. Bangkok In The Afternoon is greatly inspired by my love for BL series, but in this poem I want to showcase the place itself rather than the people who inspired me to dream to go to Thailand. It's on number nine because there are nine places that the couple visited in the poem, it's Suvarnabhumi Airport, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University (Samut Prakan), Khao San Road, Chatuchak Market, Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Giant Swing and Wat Suthat. And they also arrived in Bangkok at 9.
11. Trip to Neverland is on the tenth spot because in the poem Wendy had 10 children with Captain Hook. And the cliché and Disney plot destroyer that I am, I made the story much more creepier and horrid.
12. Dystopia was supposed to be titled Fire Forest and its all about figuratively burning a long lost relationship like a moving on story. But as I write the poem my outlook in the poem changed and I scrapped the idea but still keeping on writing it and seeing how it goes.
13. Hydrangea was actually a poem that I wrote as a project for my friend, he asked me if I could write a poem about the Frontliners and so I did. And the fact that I wrote this album because I couldn't travel safely in these times is appropriate to put this poem in addition to the album. Because the Frontliners are one of the main people who are fighting and putting an end to COVID-19, which is the reason why we couldn't travel safely these days. And I also want to end the album with a non-fictional poem, just like how I started this whole journey, with truth and reality.
14. Some of the poems started by looking at pictures of places where I've been, made stories by just the idea of the place. Like Fragrance of France and Let's Go To Greece. But other poems are personal inspiration from other places, countries and cultures. I find pictures that are somewhat connected and associated with the poem and use it as album cover design and the album aesthetic.
