"What do think about camping?"

Because Santana, Brittany, and surprisingly Rachel had blown off glee club today, Mr. Schuester had canceled the rehearsal entirely. This led to Kurt and Blaine sitting in an empty classroom, brainstorming ideas for the upcoming weekend. Blaine had recommended camping, an idea Kurt was not so fond of.

Kurt gave him a look. "Blaine, I'm not a very 'outdoorsy' person." He looked up to the ceiling to try and think of other ideas.

"I know that................however, you said that you've never been." Blaine offered. "And isn't it good to do things out of your comfort zone?" He moved over to the table that Kurt was sitting on.

Kurt contemplated this. He imagined being frozen in a poorly set up two person tent while god knows what prowled outside, waiting to pounce. He thought about trying to start a fire with nothing but twigs found in the surrounding area. "Won't we freeze or something?"

Blaine shook his head. "It's supposed to be really nice this weekend. Should get up to 70 degrees on Saturday." He pulled Kurt's hand into his own. "But if you completely against the idea, then we could do something else."

Kurt thought a bit more. "No. We should do it. Camping, I mean." They still hadn't discussed the fact that they had also slept with each other yet. A fact that they both seemed to be comfortable with.

"Great!" Blaine cheered, kissing Kurt, which he gladly accepted. They eventually broke the kiss but kept their forehead pressed together, and smiled.

"Ah-hem." Mike was standing in the doorway, looking very awkward. "Sorry to interrupt, I was just wondering if you were finished with the citation for our English project." He said to Kurt, who nodded. "Okay, thank you. Sorry, I'll let you guys talk." Mike apologized before sliding out the door. Kurt could've sworn he saw him do a back flip once Mike got of the doorway.

"So camping." Blaine said. Kurt nodded.

"I'll talk to my dad." Kurt agreed. Then he gave Blaine a kiss on the cheek and ran out of the classroom shouting 'race you to the entrance!' while running as fast as his legs could take him."

"I don't know bud, just don't think that I can send you to a secluded area with your boyfriend, especially after I hear that you two were trying to bone." Burt got up from his seat at the table. "What is this even about anyway Kurt? You hate camping. The last time we went you kept complaining about how bad the humidity was for your hair."

"And I still stand by that." Kurt defended. "But it's January. A really warm weekend in January, but still not 90 degrees." He followed Burt to the kitchen where his father was grabbing a strip of jerky, a snack that Kurt tore away from him. "Just, please let me go."

Burt smiled to himself. "Sure, you can go camping with Blaine." Kurt grinned, but only for a few seconds before Burt went on. "You can go if you take Finn and Puckerman with you." His smile evaporated.

"Are you serious?!" Kurt complained.

"Dead serious." Burt replied.

Kurt groaned and sauntered upstairs. Once he got there, he yelled out because he didn't know what room Finn was in. "Finn, pack a bag. We're going camping." The water in the shower turned off. A few seconds later Finn peaked his head out of the bathroom, looking confused as always.

"What?"

Kurt couldn't tell which was more awkward. The fact that the car ride was completely silent, or the thought that the entire weekend would be like this. To try to make things less-awkward, Finn attempted to put on some music. Unfortunately, there wasn't a music group that covered 80s rock ballads, show tunes, heavy metal, and top 40 music. And if things weren't bad enough, Puck made it 10x worse by turning to the backseat and asking Kurt and Blaine,
