I was casually eating my dinner next to Juniper when Dexter appeared at my back."Hey!"I jumped out of my place."Dex for the love of God don't scare me like that.Ever again.I could've thrown you at the other side of the hall."He chuckled."Understood.Now follow me."I turned to Juniper and whispered."I will be right back."I followed Dexter to my club tower.That's where we met Peter,Alex,Ralph,James,Silver and Kendrick."Go and wear the outfit on your bed."I left and I found an outfit cute but also hot.

Damn I look cute.Anyways.I went back down and then we went to Eaglewan.That's where we picked Ivory up.All of them was dressed up and they dressed me up too.Next stop was Lionclutch.Cooper and Rolland looked good in suits.Just like the rest of them.Then we went to Dolphtail to pick Mel and Dove up.Then they put a blindfold and covered my eyes with it.We walked for a little while then it got colder and then we got in a carriage.A little longer it stopped and someone helped me get out of the carriage.A little more walking and Ralph took out my blindfold.Baron was there.My grandparents.Alex's grandparents and parents."Did I miss a day or something?"I looked around then I stopped at Peter."It's my birthday isn't it?"He nodded."This was supposed to take place last year but then we broke up and I canceled the whole thing out of anger.Thought this year could be different."

I hugged Peter."Thank you."Then I looked around me.Everybody around me was smiling while I forgot."I can't believe I forgot again and you all remembered."I hugged and thanked every one of them.Then Baron light up the whole thing.It was a big white gazeebo.Led lighting all over it.A pile of gifts at the side and a round bench for all of us to sit and enjoy.It was so beautiful.

After some cake it was time to open the gifts.Dexter told me to open his gift last.Gifts went by.Ralph's gift was next but then it started to move.I caught it and opened it."A BUNNY!?"He nodded.I chuckled.And now it was Dexter's turn."You always tell me to open your gift first.This is very unusual for you Dex."He sighed and gave me the box.I untied the ribbon around it.I took out the picture frame and I was frozen."How did you-"Dexter cut me off."I uhm...went to see your parents and...I insisted.And uhm...they finally gave in.I know how hard it was for you these past few weeks.I heard about the detention and all.And I hope you like it."I chuckled through my tears.I hugged the picture frame."I love it Dex.Thank you."He placed his arm around my shoulders and gave me a soft squeeze.

"We should get going.But this was fun.Happy birthday Rose."I hugged the ones that were leaving and then got back to my seat.It was only my family,Dex and Ralph now.Oh...and my bunny."Exactly 10 years and 3 months ago my mother gave birth to my little brother Remi.I loved with all of my heart.When he sneezed he blew fire because he didn't know how to control himself yet."I chuckled."I have never left his side.Never.Dex tried to get me out of the house but all I wanted was to be with Remi.He was my world.He only dishes when I sang him a lullaby.He was a wonderful baby.And until my 9th birthday everything was perfect.That night mom and dad were fighting about me.I don't think I remember what it was about.But it made me mad.So...so mad.That night was the first time I ever lost control.They were fighting and making Remi cry.He wasn't peaceful and lullabies weren't helping anymore.So I screamed.As I screamed the fireball around me grew bigger and bigger until I blew up.Once I did the whole mansion was on fire.I didn't know how to get to Remi.My mom and dad were knocked out on the street.Thank God Dexter was coming to my house that night.He knew how to get me out but...it was too late for Remi.And I was a terrible sister.He's gone because of me.Because I couldn't control myself.Mom never hated me for it but I know dad did.He despised me because I killed his male heir.I knew my dad wanted a boy but I knew he loved me.After that night he never went back to the way things were.Whatever I did.It was never enough.My mom was a wreck so I tried to make her feel better and when she finally recovered thanks to me she became dad's pet.She loved me but it never felt the same.In the meantime I dismissed every feeling I had.So mom insisted that I go to therapy.They gave me medication and it was good for a while.Feeling normal.Acting like nothing happened.It was perfect.But I never recovered because I never gave myself the opportunity to recover when it was time to do so.After that I never sang or got close to a baby.Well until that other day in detention."

I gave the picture frame to my grandparents."I have never once talked about him up until to night.Partly the reason why I don't celebrate is because today is the day I couldn't protect Remi."My grandparents were devastated they left without a word.Alex's grandparents and parents followed them.It was me,Alex,Ralph and Dex."Is this why you are way overprotective of me than every other person in your life?"I nodded to Alex."Remember that one day I called you R?And you thought I was talking about Ralph?I wasn't talking about Ralph.I was talking about Remi."We sat there in silent for a while.A while until Dexter's eyes froze."Uhm...Crooks is here."All four of us turned around.He was walking towards here.We stood up and he ame over."All of you fuck off!"I chuckled before I hit him with a fireball."I would think again before talking to them like that Juniper."He got up."So you choose them over what we have?!"I laughed."What we have?We don't have anything!"

"By the way Rose?This is probably the perfect time to tell you that Crooks and papa Crooks had a bet on who would fall in love first and I think he lost the bet."Before I could say something Junipr started choking Ralph.I tried to stop him but when I couldn't I turned to the others and they were covered with vines.He strikes fast."Juniper please!"Ralph turned his head from me to Juniper."Make her beg one more time and you're done Crooks!"
