After packing I went to lunch and sat down with Alex before he left."When do you want my parents to come and pick us up today.I have to write to them now?"I gathered my courage and told him."I'm going to Italy."He started laughing."Good joke?What are you gonna do?Shop?See the historical places?Who are you going?With Silver?Having a girls week or something?"I rolled my eyes."No.I'm going with the Crooks family.His father isn't coming.It's going to be him,me,his cousins,his aunt and his mother.Maybe I'll shop.Maybe I'll see the historic places.I don't know  Alex."His face expression wasn't joking anymore."So you're ditching me for the whole summer?"I sighed."I don't know how long they're staying.I'll write to you."Then he got up."Don't bother."Then he left.I pushed my plate aside."Fuck.""That did look gnarly."I looked up.It was Cooper."Hey."I got up and fixed my skirt."What was that all about?"I sighed."He's mad that I'm going to Italy with Juniper and his mother.Along with his cousins and aunt.He's mad about me ditching him.I didn't want to.But I got invited and it wouldn't look good.Like I don't want to spend time with him and his family."

"You were being polite."I nodded."Exactly.I was being polite.But I never really asked how Alex felt about it so he is partly right to be mad at me."He chuckled and got me under his arm and walked me to the club tower."I was going to ask you something.""Shoot."He took a deep breath and sighed loudly."Do you know if Delilah is seeing someone?""I don't know.Why?"It was silent for a couple minutes until I started jumping around like an idiot."Ahh!!!You like Delilah."He covered my mouth."The Eaglewan tower is not so far to your tower.Got it?"I nodded and he took his hand off of me."I don't know but I'll learn."He and I were hugging when Crooks got out of the tower.He seperated us and threw Cooper to the wall."JUNIPER!"I got him off of Cooper."HEY!"He was still fighting towards me to get to Cooper."HEY!LET HIM GO!"I threw him away and turned to Cooper."You go.I'll write to you."He nodded and left."What was that?!""He was wrapping his arms around you."I chuckled."That's called hugging.Something I am convinced you don't know.But people do that sometimes with their friends.Sometimes lovers.Sometimes best friends.Maybe family.Have you heard of it?"

"YES I HEARD OF IT!"I scoffed."You better turn down that volume big guy."He rolled his eyes."You have too many guy friends and it is starting to get really annoying.I am sick of seeing you with others and not doing anything about it!You laugh with them.You joke around with them.With me?You just sit there.We occasionally make out.You bearly smile!I'm sick of it!"I scoffed."I'm not even gonna continue because I know where this is going.I'm going to go get my bags outside for your mother's carriage that's going to pick us up.You better do the same.I'm out of here."I went inside.I got my bags to the door one by one.I waited on my own.Alex was gone.Cooper was in his tower.Everybody had left.At least that's what I thought."Alex left."I turned.It was Ralph."I know.He's mad."I leaned to the wall behind me."What happened?Did the peasent got hurt because you insult his girlfriend?"I chuckled."His what?"He looked away so I got in front of him."He has a what now?"He cleared his throat."Girlfriend?"I laughed."I'm mad but dang!I knew he got game.B-But why didn't he tell me?"

"One word."I rolled my eyes."Waiting.""Juniper."I scoffed."It's dense of me that I couldn't figure it out on my own."I started pacing around."Stop that.It's making me dizzy."I chuckled."Noted.I'll do it more often."I kept going.As I was thinking of a way to be forgiven by Alex I started playing with the ring."Are you going to take it off?"I stopped."What?""Are you going to take off the ring?"I looked at the ring and back at Ralph."Uh...no?Why?""You're constantly playing with it.Like...all the time."I sighed."It's because I am constantly on edge and it's calming to play with it."

"I hate you."I chuckled."I know.And I hate you too."Then a letter flew over but I caught it before he did."Ouu...it's from Mrs.Fern."I opened it and started reading it.But I didn't do it out-loud.A tear dropped while I was reading it."I'm sorry."I gave the letter."You're sorry why?"He read the letter."There is nothing to be sorry about.It's just my mom being her."I chuckled."No it isn't."I wiped my tears drops away."That's your mom being a bitch.I'm sorry but that's the truth."He burned the letter."Pull yourself together because Mrs.Crooks' carriage is getting closer."I turned around and saw the carriage.I turned back at Ralph and wiped my entire face all over.I fixed my hair."Are my eyes red?"He sighed."A little.Say that your allergies got crazy."I nodded."Thank you."

"Hello Mrs.Crooks."We hugged.Then she turned to Ralph.They shook hands."I would love to have your mother for some coffee after I get back from Italy.""I'll tell her."I wanted to laugh but I know he won't."Where is Juniper Rosalind?""Please call me Rose.He was inside after our fight.I don't know where he is now."She nodded and left."After your fight?Wow.I never thought I'd see the day that Princess and her pretty little prince fighting.And what's with the'please call me Rose'?How mental are you?"I rolled my eyes."I like his mother more than I like his father.To be honest next to what I feel for his father I love his mother.She's such an angel."He rolled his eyes."You're just wiping their asses."I laughed."Like you would know.I'm not wiping their asses.If I did they'd be ashamed to look in my direction.Which I'm sure his father does after or last talk."He chuckled.

"I heard all about it.They were all terrified of you.But if I were there I would watch it like a comedy show."I rolled my eyes."And why is that?"He got closer and leaned to my ear."Because I know how worthless you are.Because I know how you are.All bark.You're not going to bite.All you do is complain and complain and omplain.I feels sorry for Juniper.And if I knew it was you that night was begging him to stop...I wouldn't have stopped him."I dropped a couple tears and I was frozen there.He leaned away then he walked out on me.But I kept staring at the wall that was in front of me.Tears still falling down.Not being able to blink.I couldn't breath.I was in trance.Until Mrs.Crooks brought me back.
