I was at the common room until it filled with people.I wanted to be alone.Then Alex slowly and quietly came and sat next to me."Hey.""Hey Alex."We were just staring at the fire."I'm sorry.""I know you are.Because I know you Alex."He sighed."Are we good?""Do you still think I would do that to Peter or anyone else in my entire life?"He shook his head."Good."He took a deep breath."Did he really forget?"I nodded."It's alright.I didn't expect him to remember it.I didn't expect that I remember it too.Things happen.People forget."He cleared his throat."Do you forgive me?"I sighed."There is nothing to forgive."We made no eye contact."How could you let yourself sleep around him?What if he lied to his father and he has another plan?"I laughed."Yeah...that's not how I would describe the situation babe."He turned to me."So are we good?"I tapped on my lap and he laid down."We're good."I rubbed his cheek and gave him a peck on the forehead."You're my little brother.You annoy me and make me mad.I anoy you and make you made.Those are the laws."We both turned to the fire and stared at it.People started showing up and Alex suddenly didn't feel comfortable anymore.

A couple hours later after lunch Silver and I were walking around the school.That's when Peter found me."Hey."Then he kissed me out of the blue.Well...it's not out of the blue because we're dating."Hi.Uhm...how's everybody back in Paris?"He sighed."Good.But I missed you."I chuckled."Yeah...you uh...you did.I did too."Silver left and it was the two of us in the middle of the coridoor on our own."What's wrong?"He asked it so seriously and I couldn't keep it to myself anymore."You forgot.You forgot our one year anniversary and I remembered.That's what's wrong Peter.I suck at dates.I forgot my own birthday don't you remember?"He nodded."I remember.I was there."I sighed."You remember that then you also remember that yesterday was our one year anniversary."He sighed."I-I-I fucked up.I'm sorry."I scoffed."Don't be because what I'm about to say to you will hurt even more than you forgetting."

Now he was worried."I lied to you.""W-What?About what?"I took a deep breath."Last year when you had a blank in your mind and you asked what happened I said nothing.But something did happen."He chuckled."You hide your feelings all the time.If that's what this is about then fine.You lied."I chuckled."But that's not it.I lied because something happened.Mrs.Goyhern found medication in the bathroom.She yelled at Baron about how she didn't raise a druggie."My eyes were watering up."And before it went too far I admitted that they were mine."He stepped backwards."You do drugs?!"I took a deep breath."No.Those are my prescripted medication that I was given many years ago.I stopped for a while but when things got out of line it was hard to pull myself together and my therapist told me to get back on them.I got Baron to obliviate you.I lied to you for a whole year about almost every day."He stepped backwards and backwards until he was far from my reach and walked away.

"It was going to happen eventually.It was going to be like this regardless of how many years we spent."

I walked away from the scene and went to the herbology classroom."Hey Kendrick.""What is it?It is highly unlikely of you to not sneak up on me while I'm working.Or not making annoying sounds that will make me want to kill you."I sighed."I think I just got dumped.And he had every right to."He placed the pot to the back counter and turned to me."I have a class coming in six minutes.So either be really quick or I'll meet you after dinner."I nodded."After dinner it is then.I-I'll see you later.I have to write to Baron."He nodded and I left.I wrote to Baron and he tried to support me as much as he could from Paris.After dinner I left with Kendrick to the herbology classroom.While he made sure the herbs were alright I told him.

"So how did everything went...south?"I chuckled."Last year something happened.Something that I only wanted Baron to remember.So he handled that and erased their memories of the event.And I lied to him constantly about that event or things that are related to the situation in the hand.And a year later he forgot our anniversary and I remembered.And I don't even know my birthday.More like I don't remember it.I never did.And I just said it.I couldn't live with the guilt and it also stung that he forgot because he wanted this.I said I don't believe someone could stay commited to me.So I declined.But he pushed it and he got his way.A year later he doesn't even remember?Of course I'm going to be pissed off.With adding the guilt it just didn't end well."

He sighed."You are both guilty here."I looked around and sighed so deeply and loudly."I know.Thank you for listening but I should go before it's too late."He chuckled."Any time.Good night Rose."I smiled."Good night Kendrick."I left and got to the club tower.All eyes turned to me all of a sudden.They know.I rolled my eyes and went to my room."I'm sorry.Peter came in with such a rush and anger they figured it out."I sighed."They were going to know eventually.It's alright Silver."She shook her head."Not alright.He can't dump you after he forgets the anniversary.""That's not the whole story.He has every right to dump me.I lied to him.And I have to live with the guilt now."I got off the bed."I-I-I need to get out of here."I jumped out of the window and flew away.When the wind got harder to go against I turned into my dragon form.

While I was flying I saw a fire on the mountain.I flew there to see what it was.It's a...dragon.I flew over there and landed."Hi."It looked at me like I was the enemy.It started walking against me.I turned back to my human form."I'm not your enemy.I was just flying around."It stepped backwards."You're a kid."Thank God it stopped or I would've never been the same."Rosalind Monroe.And you are?"It sighed."I don't remember my name."He doesn't remember his name?
