"Thank you guys for being here.." We were going on day three of Bryce being in a coma. You heard that right, he was induced into a coma after his surgery due to the swelling in his brain. His doctors stated his surgery was successful but that this was necessary for at least a week. Their words made me hopeful, but seeing him unconscious in this way broke my heart.

However, Every day since his accident, we had held a prayer group at 12pm. And every day, all of his friends and family showed up, he was so blessed.. I wish he was here to see it.

We had just finished our prayer for today. I thanked everyone for coming as I took a seat, getting ready to spend the rest of my day here.. in case there were any updates. I had spent every day here, even though my father hated it, I would only go home to shower. But even the nights, I would spend with Bryce, cuddled up in his arms, listening to his heartbeat.. waiting for him to open his eyes.

My father didn't question me, he saw the state that I was in.. right now wasn't the time to ask me about my relationship. Lisa stayed with me during most of the day, but had to go home to make sure Kenzie made it to school fine the next day. She had a routine with her and didn't want to disrupt that for her. Tim also spent most of his time here, having stayed last night as well.

Everyone had been rotating the nights, which I actually appreciated. The times when I was alone with him were the toughest, but having someone else there brought me comfort. Tonight, it was Jaden's turn. After the prayer, he hugged me, letting me know he had something to do but would be back at 6pm. I hugged him as I thanked him, Jaden adding that he would bring dinner before heading out.

Josh and Mads had to leave with him, but Griffin and Dixie stayed with me for a bit. Dixie slid into the sofa I was on, holding me in her arms as we stared at Bryce. "He is going to wake up.. you know that right? Don't lose faith.." she whispered as she softly smiled at him. I thanked her as I wiped away a tear, not wanting to think of what would happen if he didn't wake up..

Positive thoughts only Addison.. I was thankful that out of everyone, Dixie was the one that stayed. She was able to distract me, even make me laugh. Griffin also tried to stay positive for me, but I could see him occasionally glance back at Bryce.. one of his best friends. I knew I was hurting, but so were the Sway boys. They were all so close, practically being brothers and I knew they were suffering having to see Bryce in this way.

They really showed up for him though, making sure to visit every day. They also took good care of me, making sure I was never left alone. Bryce would appreciate that the most, knowing that his boys looked after me.

As we hung out for a bit longer, Dixie couldn't help but ask me who I was trying to avoid so hard. I sighed as I ignored the fifth call today from my manager. He kept calling me, asking me about meetings and deals after I told him to cancel them all. It didn't feel right to do work while Bryce was stuck on this bed. I didn't care about anything but him right now.

"Managers will be managers.. but you take your time right now baby, everyone will understand." Dixie said as she agreed with me ignoring my manager. While I put my stuff on pause, I couldn't expect everyone else to do so as well. People still had careers, but his friends were being very respectful with not posting anything that was insensitive.

We also had to put out a statement on his mother's behalf. Fans began to speculate and rumors always got twisted, so we put out a statement with his condition.. his fans immediately going insane. But as much as I wanted to reassure them, there was no way for me to do so.. not with everything still being a huge unknown.. so I stayed quiet on social media.
