A teen, around the age of 17, paced through the halls of the hospital, tugging on the neck of his hoodie.
"Shota, you've been pacing back and forth for the last few hours"
"What's your point?"
"You should sit down for a bit before you keel over" the blond objected, flicking through something on his phone. 'Shota' grumbled something and continued to pace up and down. A doctor left one of the rooms and looked around before spotting the two teens. He walked over.
"Are one of you two kids the father?" the doctor asks, clearly slightly concerned about the situation of if one of these teens was a father at such a young age.
"Is they both alright" the dark haired teen asked, looking towards the door of the room that he'd been kicked out of.
"The mother is doing just fine however the child isn't doing as well" the doctor explained. 'Shota' looked over at his friend with worry.
"They'll be alright though, right?"
"We can't be sure. We'll have to run a few tests and keep an eye on her until she's able to survive on her own" he explained.
"You may go see the mother if you wish" he adds. Shota entered the room, walking over to the other teen in the hospital bed, her eyes half closed from exhaustion.
"Amano?" he asks, walking over.
"Shota. Is she alright? They won't tell me if our baby is alright" she asks, looking at the other teen.
"You worked yourself too hard. You should have taken it easy" he objects, not answering the question.
"If I lost you so soon after loosing Shirakumo....... I..." he trailed off, unable to finish the sentence. His head was lifted up to the face the brown haired teen.
"I'm fine Sho, I'm right here and I don't plan on going anywhere" she assures him, sitting up before wrapping one arm around her lower stomach.
"Ma'am, you should be more careful" a nurse tells her, gently coxing her to relax into the bed. Amano turns to Shota again.
"Did you see her?" she asks. Shota shakes his head.
"What did they say? Will she be alright?"
"They don't know. Said that she's struggling to survive on her own or something similar" he explains. Amano sighed, slipping further into the bed.
"So all we can do is hope that she makes it" she sighs, leaning her head back. Shota squeezes her hand, grabbing her attention. She turns to him and smiles.
"I believe in her. She is an Aizawa after all soo maybe she'll pick up your stubbornness" she jokes, looking at Shota. He snorts.
"That's stupid. I'm not that stubborn"
"Didn't you refuse to stay in my place after you got kicked out for a couple months"
"I couldn't do that to you when you have to take care of you, our child and your brother"
"I've told you I can handle it, mum and dad left all their money to us so I have enough to support four people for a couple years until I get on my feet properly with being a hero" she objects. Shota sighs before being pulled in for a kiss.
"Trust me. We'll all be fine" she smiles, running her hand through his hair. He leaned into her touch, relaxing. Yeah. They'd be fine._____________________________
Amano was quick to return to her studies about a week after giving birth, determined to finish her last few weeks in U.A and finally graduate. She successfully passed her final exams and graduated just a few days before their daughter who they had decided to name Tamaki, was finally strong enough to leave the hospital. Since Amano was often busy with getting her hero career started, she was unable to take care of Tamaki during the day. Shota stepped in, taking care of her and today was no exception. The only issue was that his final year was starting up today and neither of the new parents wanted to leave Tamaki with anyone else just yet. So instead, Shota walked into class with Tamaki, much to the surprise and confusion of everyone in his class bar his friend Hizashi. Tamaki got a lot of attention from his classmates that day, being dubbed the youngest student in U.A by one student in a joking manner. This happened quit frequently for the rest of Shota's final year in U.A until he also graduated and could start his own career.

"The two of you look quite...... Young to be adopting a child" the woman leading the young couple.
"Yeah we're young but you've been watching us and you've seen how our daughter is doing so you know we're capable" Amano smiled, wrapping an arm around Shota's shoulders.
"Well, follow me. We have a young boy who I think will be a good fit" she explains, leading them to a room. In the room sat a boy around 4 years old. He was hugging onto a soft toy as his ears twitched slightly.
"This is Tamaki Amajiki. He was recently brought in and he could really do with a new home" she explains. Amano approached him, reaching out a hand and running it through the child's dark hair. He flinched, hugging onto his toy tighter.
"He's so sweet. He's perfect" she smiled over at the two. Amajiki twitched his ears, looking up at Amano with large eyes.
"Well, once you fill out the paperwork then you can bring him home" she assures them, handing over some documents to Shota alongside a pen. He takes them, filling in details and putting his signature at the bottom. Amano does the same. After some sorting to make the documents official, the couple were permitted to take the new addition to their family home. When they reached home, they were met with Nemuri and Hizashi who both greeted them with friendly looks and their daughter who tilted her head at them.
"Tamaki, this is your sister Tamaki. Hopefully it won't get to confusing for you"
"Hopefully it won't get to confusing for us" Shota states from where he stood. Amano smiled at him before looking back over as the two young children had begun to cuddle each other.
"I think he'll fit right in" Amano smiles._______________________
Shota sat in his room on the bed, holding onto the photo of him and Amano with their two kids. He had his arm in a sling and a bad cut along the side of his neck but that was nothing compared to what happened to Amano. She had been hurt so bad. The sight of seeing her bruised and bloody stuck in his head. They were doing so well. They were just getting some documents processed so they could bring their second son home when their was a villian attack. They were unprepared for the attack and there were no other heroes nearby. Shota gripped onto the photo, tears dripping down onto it. How was he going to tell the kids. Hitoshi would be fine but the other two. They loved their mother and now she was dead. He stood up, running one hand against his eye socket and walked into the living room where the three kids were playing. Tamaki(Am) turned to him with a twitch of his ears before tapping his sister to get her attention.
"Daddy?" she asked, looking towards her father. She seemed slightly confused about her surroundings. H'd have to get that looked at.
"I have something to tell the three of you. It's important" he explains, looking between them. They don't respond so he continues.
"Your mother won't be coming back" he sighs.
"But why? Does mummy not love us anymore?" Tamaki(Ai) whimpered, rubbing at one eyes with her hand.
Shota pulled her hand down.
"No. She loves all of you but......... She's gone somewhere better. Somewhere that she can't come back from"
"Can we go? " Tamaki(Am) asks, twitching his ears.
"No. It's somewhere that we can't go"
"Are you going to go too?" Hitoshi asked.
"No. I'll be staying here with the three of you. I promise" he assures them.______________________
Shota's pov
I brought Tamaki to the doctor, sitting her down on my lap.
"So, what seems to be the problem?" she asks, bending down to look at Tamaki who started rubbing at her eyes again.
"I've noticed that she's been rubbing her eyes a lot and I'm worried she might have an infection or something" I explain, running a hand through her hair. The doctor picks up an aperatis and takes Tamaki's hand gently, begining to examine the eye she'd been rubbing.
"Miss Aizawa, could you tell me what seems to b the issue?" she asks, pulling back the eyelid on one of her eyes. Tamaki didn't say anything, instead looking at the doctor. She looks up at me with a sigh.
"Mr Aizawa. Has your daughter ever suffered from any form of head injury?" she asks.
"Not that I'm aware of" I explain, looking down at Tamaki who was back to rubbing her eye again.
"Is it serious?" I ask. She's currently looking at her computer, probably searching up medical records.
"Your daughter was born early correct?" she asks.
"Yeah. Is that related to the issue?"
"I'll have to check up on her frequently but I think I know what is the issue. Some children who are born early can have some serious, long term health conditions. I think your daughter's retina might be failing"
"So she's going blind?"
"Most likely. I'm afraid there's nothing much I can do to prevent it. The only thing that can be done is some special gear to help replace her retinas. Similar to the kind of gear that heroes use for their quirks" she explains. I look down at Tamaki, petting her head gently.
"Is there any other issues that you might be concerned about?"
"Well, Tamaki seems to be struggling with things that her brothers are finding easy and I'm a little worried"
"What kind of stuff?"
"Speech and similar things. I'm just concerned about her"
"Again, there's nothing I can do for that. The best thing to do is provide her with enough help so that she can stay at pace with others around her age" she explains, taking notes.
"Alright. Thanks for the help" I reply, picking up Tamaki and putting her over my shoulders. She gripped onto my hair, placing her chin on my head. I walk out of the office, heading towards the exit.
"Do you want anything to eat?" I ask her. She tugs on my hair. I take that as a yes and stop off in a small shop, getting something for her and her brothers.
