~ Three months later~

Ren's POV

Summer was finally in the air as you could feel it. The hot thick air, strong winds, constant thunderstorms, and summer crops had all come in. But overall the clan was thriving in trade as were the other clans. And the land was at peace no one was having trouble with outside neighboring lands. The summer actually might be a peaceful one. About a week ago Hunt and Virva got married. It was nice to see them happy and I honestly hoped me and Calla would marry one day. We have been together for about four months and I can easily say she makes me happy. I know I am in love with her as she is on my mind all day and night, we live together, and the fact we know each other like the palm of our hands is the best part. I haven't told her yet I wanted to find the right moment to. Its just been hard as father has ordered a voyage out on sea to find more land and possible allies to trade with. So between me helping get the ship and it's crew ready and other clan needs I haven't seen Calla much.

Hunt and I were currently loading up some cargo onto the ship as it was due to leave in a couple days. To be honest we are still taking it slow. And don't get me wrong I don't mind, but I have never waited this long for a girl and its kind of hard. Hunt was surprised at the confession, but basically told me that I should talk to her and see why we haven't. But personally I think its a horrible idea, I don't wanna pressure or make her feel rushed. Calla's POV

God I see why girls pine after him. His amazing in bed. It was probably mid- morning maybe even afternoon when I woke. I had fallen asleep with my head on Ren's chest and woke up to him drooling on mine. Ren looked so peaceful while he slept. Rubbing my hands through his messy locs I smile. Last night was amazing and it kept replaying over and over in my head. I only had sex one other time and let me tell you it wasn't as good as this. " I love you too!" I say staring into his blue ocean eyes. I love him and only him. Nothing will change how I feel about him. His mine and I am his.  Ren was thrilled I had said the words back as he squeezed the life out of me and peppered my face in kisses.

" Okay! Okay! Come on get up we missed dinner and breakfast! I am starving!" I got off Ren and when I stood up I immediately get this pain in my lower stomach and core. Shaking it off I went to get dressed and I was  limping lightly. I roll my eyes as I hear Ren's deep laugh.   Karma's a bitch. Ren had finally stopped laughing after getting dressed and helped me walk to the hall to get lunch. Everyone was looking at us as no one has seen us since before dinner. I blush as everyone is staring at me while Ren helps me walk and sit. Virva and Hunt were trying to hide their laughs and smiles.  Great they know!  Marcius clearly didn't know because he asked if I had ben injured on my hunting trip. This only caused me to blush more and Ren just chuckled. Marcius was staring at me clearly expecting an answer. I look around and no one was paying our conversation any attention so I smirk. " No. Hunting was fine. But why don't you ask Ren why I am hurt?" Ren stopped laughing and he darted his look at me. It screamed  You are so dead! But I didn't care seeing him like that was funny and clearly I wasn't the only one as me, Hunt, and Virva were all laughing.

" What did you do to this nice girl? And why were neither of you at dinner or breakfast?!" Iris spoke. Honestly I forget she is there sometimes as she is very quiet or lost in thought. She was kind of strange sometimes, but I still loved her like she was my mother. Ren gulped as he saw his father's artery in his neck was throbbing. " Well Calla...umm..s-she kinda was districting m-mm, well us all n-night." I know Ren just told his parents we were having sex all night, but hearing him stutter like that was just too funny. Iris didn't find it funny, but was just blushing heavily as she now knew about our sex life. But Marcius had an uproar of laughter and even patted Ren on his back. With that no one brought up last night again so we all at lunch talking about the up coming voyage.

Occasionally I would catch Ren sneaking a few looks at me as we eat. Honestly it some how felt that this relationship pulled all of together even closer. If Ren and I married we would be an actual family and that made my heart soar. I would finally have a family. The one thing I craved more than anything in the world as just at my finger tips. Ren you are my everything.
