"hey" she smiled "guess what?" she questioned

"why are you talking to her? why did you even pick up?" he immediately questions
"because she's my fri—
"you're my daughter, not hers. don't take her side" he immediately says
"sides? sides on what?" she asked confusedly
"lexie slept with karev" he blurted out, making her eyes widen
"and you slept with addison" she shrugged
"she dumped me and slept with karev" he repeated again
"and you slept with addison, what's the problem?" maeve questioned
"she dumped me for wanting to step up and be responsible for sloan. you of all people should how big of a step that is for me. i mean i have never introduced you to any of my girlfriends because i wanted to make sure i found the right one. i wanted you to have a mom figure or at least someone you can talk to. lexie was it, but then she dumps me and sleeps with karev" he shouts angrily
