"The end... of another year," Dumbledore announced. It was the day of Cedric's funeral, everyone was in the great hall to pay respects and Dumbledore spoke, "Ordinarily this is a day of celebration, a day in which we recognize the accomplishments of ourselves and others. But today... we acknowledge a terrible loss. Cedric Diggory was, as many of you know, exceptionally hard-working, infinitely fair-minded, and, most importantly, a fierce friend. I think therefore you have the right to know exactly how he died. Cedric Diggory was murdered by Lord Voldemort." Everyone became uneasy as he continued, "The Ministry of Magic does not wish me to tell you this, but to not do so is, to my mind, an insult to his memory. It was the hope, in restoring the Triwizard Tournament, that magical ties would be deepened between those of us who come from different backgrounds. In light of recent events, such ties will be more important than ever. Differences of habit and speech become meaningless when the language of our hearts is the same. With dark and difficult times comes a choice: between what is right and what is easy. Should you ever waver, remember a boy who was kind and brave and true. To the very end..."

(Play song) Dumbledore looked out to the student and spoke, "I was younger than you are now when I was given my first command. I led my men straight into a massacre, I witnessed their deaths firsthand. I made every mistake... and felt the shame rise in me and even now I lie awake, knowing history has its eyes on me..." The teachers joined him and sang, "History has its eyes on you..." Some of the students joined in as well and Dumbledore continued, "Let me tell you what I wish I'd known when I was young and dreamed of glory, you have no control who lives, who dies, who tells your story... I know that we can win, I know that greatness lies in you. But remember from here on in, history has its eyes on you..." The teachers continued then joined hands and they all spoke together, "History has its eyes on you..."

Afterward, the students left the hall, Harry watched as Y/n took Draco's hand and led him someplace unknown. "What's wrong, Harry?" Hermione questioned, wiping her tears. "Something's off," Harry said. "I mean, Y/n helped me and so did Barty Jr., what if they were not as far apart as we think?" "You think Y/n has something to do with you getting to that graveyard?" Ron repeated. "Well, what else?" Harry replied. "She's the only one unphased by all this and why else would she help me with the challenges? Keeping to herself and not telling anyone her family name." "Well, maybe if she doesn't, her parents don't either," Hermione said, getting an idea. "Come on." "To where?" Ron asked. "The library, of course," Hermione told them, leading the way.

They went to a certain section then Hermione spoke. "These are the yearbooks from the past, we just have to look through them to find her father. They have them from both Hogwarts and Ilvermorny, so let's get started." They searched and searched, till they finally found two people who stood out in the Ilvermorny book. "Here," Harry said. "Lucifer, he was head boy. Lilith Bloodstone was head girl, they must have married." "Y/n's a spitting image of both of them," Hermione added. "And Oliver," Ron said, showing another book. "They must be his son, this is her brother." "So these are her parents," Hermione detected. "But, who are they?" That's when Harry realized and spoke, "In the graveyard, Voldemort said that he had help from the Morningstars... you think that's them."

"Lucifer Morningstar? Do you know who that is?" Hermione scoffed. "It's the devil, Harry, the angel that fell from heaven, I don't think he exists." "Actually, he does," Ron spoke. "Dad heard stories, he saw him once during the first war. He appeared in fire and took souls to the Underworld, if he is then Y/n is a Morningstar." "Y/n is literally the daughter of the demon king himself?" Hermione questioned. "It all makes sense," Harry said. "The red streaks in her hair, how evil she is, and wanting me to bring back the dark lord. If there's another war, then that means her family will get souls." "So, she's part of the Morningstar family?" Hermione questioned. "Good job," they heard. They turned to see five crows at the window seal, Ron spoke, "Did the bird just talk?" "Yep," Harry said.

"We are guides, informative about The Morningstars," The lead crow said. "Let us inform, ah one, two, three." (Play song now) They started chirping a melody then they all sang, "They're creepy and they're kooky, mysterious and spooky. They're all together ooky. The Morningstar family. Their house is a museum, where people come to see 'em. They really are a scream. The Morningstar family." The trio shared a look as they continued chirping and sang again, "So get a witches shawl on, a broomstick you can crawl on. We're gonna pay a call on The Morningstar family!" They finished their little song then flew off without another word leaving the trio to stand there in shock. "What now?" Ron questioned. "We go meet Y/n Morningstar," Harry told them as they left the library. Y/n was walking down to the great hall with Draco when she left someone watching her, she looked around and saw no one. "What is it?" Draco questioned. She whispered something in his ear and he spoke, "Okay, I'll meet you in the hall."

"Save me a seat?" Y/n smiled. "Always," Draco assured, leaning in and giving her a soft kiss before going off. Y/n looked around again then went down an abandoned corridor, the trio following discreetly. They peeked around and saw that she was gone with no trace. "Where'd she go?" Ron questioned. "Behind you," Y/n spat. They turned to see her and Draco with their wand, they quickly disarmed them all and pinned Hermione and Ron to the wall with a spell. Y/n knocked Harry against the end of the corridor and pointed her wand at him. "Why are you following me?" She interrogated as Draco kept watch of the other two. "We know who you are," Hermione interjected. "We know that you're his daughter." "Who?" Y/n questioned. "Lucifer Morningstar," Harry answered.

Y/n snapped her head towards him then looked at her wand and put it away. "No need to hold a fake wand," She sighed. Y/n raised her hand, lifting Harry off the ground, and spat, "Now that we all have been properly greeted, tell me. How did you do it?" "Do what?" Harry questioned. "Bring them back?" Y/n repeated. "How did you bring back the dead in the graveyard? It's impossible!" "I don't know," Harry admitted. "It just happened." Y/n glared at him then dropped her arm causing him to crash down on the floor. "Of course, saint Potter can do it," Y/n huffed. "We'll tell everyone," Hermione said. "Go ahead, no one will believe you," Y/n said. "No," Harry said, getting up. "You saved my life in the first task and helped me the rest of the tournament. Whether I like it or not, I owe you a debt. We all keep your secret, my debt is repaid."

Y/n looked at him then spoke, "You don't make deals, I do. And since I saved your life twice, technically, you owe me two. I ask you to follow a few simple rules." "What are they?" Harry questioned. "Don't tell anyone who I am, don't get in my way, and above everything," Y/n said, looking at all three of them. "Don't touch what's mine." "Deal," Harry said. "Good," Y/n replied. "Answer me this," Harry added. "Did you want me to bring Voldemort back? Was I part of your plan?" Y/n smirked then said, "Yes, just like the second year when that snake was in the pipes, but here's the sad thing about it all. Cedric." "What about him?" Harry snarled. "He was never meant to be in that graveyard," Y/n smirked. "He was supposed to be spared like Krum and Fleur so no one would believe you, so the only reason he was there is because of you. Congrats, even though he wasn't one of the souls entering the Underworld, he took his place in the sky early."

"Go to hell," Ron spat. "I intend to, it's time to go home anyway," Y/n smirked. "Come on, Draco, let's go." Draco offered his arm to her and she took it, letting the other two go as they walked off together. "Mental, she is," Ron huffed. "Besides the point, Ron," Hermione said. "You okay, Harry?" "I'm fine," Harry sighed, thinking. "Come on, let's go." They agreed, then went off together, not wanting to cause any more harm.
