3rd person pov:

A few days went by, Umbridge was starting her rampage on the school, nearly firing teachers, and not teaching anyone anything. The trio was in the Gryffindor common room, trying to think of a solution. "He really is out there, isn't he?" Hermione questioned and Harry nodded. "We've got to be able to defend ourselves. And if Umbridge refuses to teach us how, we need someone who will... Harry." "Me?" Harry questioned. "This is mad. Who'd wanna be taught by me? I'm a nutter, remember?" "Then we'll make them listen," Hermione reasoned. "Even if they do, we need a place to do it," Ron mentioned. "Not to mention, we need to make sure we stay hidden and secure. Protection. That'll be nearly impossible to come up with." Harry thought, then got both awful and brilliant ideas. "I think I know someone who can help, someone with unholy powers," Harry informed.

Hermione looked at him then spoke, "No." "Hermione, we have no choice, with her on our side there is no way we can fail," Harry reasoned. "We need to talk to Y/n." Y/n was in the courtyard, sitting on Draco's lap while playing with his hair as they talked. The trio approached them, Y/n huffed then got up and spoke, "The golden trio. What do you want?" "Your help," Harry said. Y/n laughed sarcastically then spoke, "Why would I help you?" "Because we both hate Umbridge," Harry reasoned. "We want to make an army, to teach people how to defend themselves and use their magic in a real way." "And you want me to..?" Y/n questioned. "We need you to get a place to do it and protection from Umbridge so we don't get caught," Harry told. "You want to make a deal," Y/n smirked. "Perhaps, perhaps, let me think of a price... let's see?"

Y/n walked around then stopped in front of Harry, getting her bargain. "I'll help you, but you have to teach me light magic," Y/n offered. "I guarantee that I will keep you hidden and find a place for your little sessions if you teach me how to use light magic." The trio shared a look then Hermione spoke, "Why would you need to know light magic?" "It's called power, you try using it some time," Y/n said. "To control both dark and light is impossible, but if I get taught by Saint Potter then I can finally learn." "Can you even do that?" Ron questioned. "Yes, I did it third year when I cured Professor Lupin," Y/n answered. "That night, at least, imagine what I can do if I fully learn. I can cure him for good, I owe him that much." Harry smiled lightly then spoke, "Okay, deal."

Y/n offered her hand and they shook on it making her smirk. "There's a room in the castle, no one can find it and it can't be found on any map. The Room of Requirements, I go there to talk to my family. You can use it to hide your little army." "Thanks," Harry smiled. "Pleasure doing business." "Get your army," Y/n said. "Can you help with that?" Harry asked. "You can have a rally in your name in seconds, perhaps you can use that power to get people to the meeting?" "I wouldn't call it a power, more of a trait, but alright," Y/n agreed. "Good luck," Hermione said. "Don't need it," Y/n smirked then went off with Draco.

Your pov:

I was in an abandoned shack with the trio, we were discussing with the people who decided to join the meeting. I was standing behind the trio, leaning against the fireplace as Hermione stood up and spoke, "Hi... So you all know why we're here. We need a teacher... A proper teacher. One who's had experience defending themselves against the Dark Arts." "Why?" a kid spoke out. "Why?" Ron scoffed. "Because You-Know-Who's back, you tosspot." "So he says," He replied, indicating Potter. "So Dumbledore says," Hermione corrected. "So Dumbledore says because he says," The kid reasoned. "The point is, where's the proof?" If tell us more about how got killed," Someone suggested. Harry shot a look at the crowd then I scoffed, "Why do you need to know so badly how it happened?" "It would be better to know details," He responded.

"Are you dense? If Dumbledore is trusting him then why don't all of you?" I replied. "He's one of the greatest wizards among us and you're second-guessing him because what? Because the ministry is telling you to? Cause Rita Skeeter is calling him a liar? She tells nothing but lies and you all know about the rubbish she writes. The ministry is telling us that we don't need to use magic and all we need to do is theorize. What if we're getting attacked by anything, not just you-know-who? Are you gonna theorize how you're gonna take him down or are you gonna pull out your wands and fight back. You want to know something about Cedric's death, fine. It could have easily been any one of you guys..." The crowd shared looks and I continued, "Then it would be your death the ministry is lying about, then it'd be your death lied about, and you-know-who would be laughing because he tricked everyone else about it. So, do what you want, go off and hide and listen to the ministry lie. I'm sticking with Potter... cause I'd want people to do the same if it were me."

Everyone looked around then someone spoke, "I believe Y/n, so I'm with you, Potter." "Me too," A bunch of other people followed. "If we have any chance of defeating... of defeating Voldemort, it's with... Harry as our teacher," I said. The rest agreed, Hermione grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil. The trio sat at a table and people lined up to write their names down on a piece of paper as I stood behind them. "You're good," Ron said to me. I smirked, crossing my arms as I watched people sign the paper, one by one. Once everyone was finished, I led the way to the secret room and stopped in front of an empty wall. "There is nothing here," Ron said. "Shush," I hissed. "Wait." A moment went by and a door started to emerge from the wall, I smirked then opened it to reveal a training room. "Welcome," I smiled, letting them in.

"You truly found the room of requirements," Hermione smiled. "The what?" Ron questioned. "It's also known as the Come and Go Room," Hermione informed. "The Room of Requirement only appears when a person has a real need for it and it's always equipped for the seeker's needs." "So say you really needed the toilet..." Ron suggested. "Charming, Weasley," I scoffed. "It's brilliant," Harry smiled then looked at me. "Thank you." "Just part of the deal," I replied. "But getting people to join wasn't," Harry reasoned. "If there's no army, you can't teach me," I told. "This doesn't make us friends." "Wouldn't think it," Harry assured me and I nodded.

A few weeks later, people were learning and doing very well. I managed to learn a couple more things, though I'd never admitted to Potter that he was a good teacher. However, Umbridge was catching on to us, not that she could find us because I would always put an enchantment up so that only students could find and get into the room. Though, she was still smart. As of now, I was with the trio and Draco, we were talking about the latest news on her. "She's trying to find us," Hermione informed. "Even made a new group to do so, the Inquisitorial squad. It's made up of stuck up students and snobby Ravenclaws." "Wow, Granger used bad words," I teased a bit. "If she's using kids, they could find the room," Hermione reasoned, ignoring me. Harry turned to me and said, "This is the deal, we need your help."

I thought for a moment then spoke, "Well, if it were me, I'd have someone on the inside. Someone to trust and keep a secret, a secret keeper..." I looked at Draco and grabbed his hand before saying, "Join the squad." "What?" Draco questioned. "If you join the squad, you can throw them off our trail," I reasoned. "But-" "She won't touch you, I'm your girlfriend, remember?" I assured. "Remember what she did for you when you're just friends," Hermione said, holding her arm. "Exactly," I agreed. "Well..." Draco trailed off a bit. "Please," I pleaded, giving him a small pout. Draco smiled then spoke, "Alright." I beam, giving him a quick kiss and smiled, "Thank you, my flame." "Thanks," Harry added. "Yeah, whatever," Draco said, paying his attention to me as he held my hands to his chest. The trio shared a look then shrugged before we went off.
