In Your Dreams

Chapter 21

None of us have spoken yet. We're too busy taking in the sight of Louis Tomlinson in front of us. What is he doing here? We aren't supposed to be meeting them until tomorrow. I am totally unprepared for this!

Someone pops up behind Louis in the doorframe and I almost faint at the sight of yet another One Direction boy. Liam stands there shooting death looks at a completely unaware Louis.

He turns to us and says, "Sorry girls, but Louis here has never heard of manners."

We just nod our heads, unable to force a single word out of our mouths. We probably look like complete idiots or over the top fangirls at the moment, but I really couldn't care less.

"I have so heard of manners!" Louis shouts back at Liam.

Liam shakes his head at Louis and says, "You can't just walk into someone's hotel room!"

"Are you two fighting again?" Zayn asks as he makes his way into our bedroom. "Whoa, what's going on in here?"

I hear Zoe let out an audible squeal that brings all the boys attention to her. Zayn's face lights up at the sight of her and gives her a grin that is enough to make any girl faint. Once Zoe collects herself she manages to give a dazzling smile back.

"So who's the girl that won the contest?" a voice says really slowly and immediately I know that it's Harry.

I hesitantly raise my hand to answer his question and that's when a voice speaks that sends chills up and down my spine.

"Ah so you're Rebecca Clarke?" a heavy Irish accent asks.

My breath catches in my throat and all I can do is nod in reply. Eilidh nudges me in the side and I manage to choke out a sentence.

"Yeah, that's me. I can't believe I'm actually meeting you guys," I say as I walk forward, my hand extended towards Niall. That's when I realise what I just said and I quickly clear my throat and say, "Sorry, I sounded a bit like a fangirl there. I promise we're not going to like attack any of you."

Niall takes my hand in his with an amused smile on his lips. "It's nice to meet you Rebecca."

"Please, call me Becca." Eilidh clears her throat from behind me and I know that's my cue to introduce my friends. "Oh um, these are my friends Eilidh, Natasha and Zoe."

Zayn extends his hand towards Zoe before anyone else in the room can even move. She tries her best to hide a smile at his sudden gesture.

After that scenario the room grows silent and since Eilidh is unable to handle uncomfortable silence she is the first one to break it.

"What are you guys doing here anyway?"

The boys all exchange amused looks before Louis speaks up. "Do you not want us to be here, love?"

I swear a shiver just travelled up my spine when he said 'love'. When I recover from this overreaction I look over to Eilidh to see that she too is in the same situation as I am. Seeing that she is incapable of answering Louis question I answer for her.

"Of course we want you to be here, we just weren't expecting to see you until tomorrow. We are just surprised."

All five boys exchange more looks but this time of the understanding kind.

"Well we just wanted to get to know you a little better and besides two days isn't nearly enough time to spend with us, is it?" Liam asks, a smile slowly spreading across his face.

All the girls and I shake our heads and simultaneously reply, "No, definitely not."

"Great because I was thinking we go and do some sight seeing," Zayn exclaims.

Our day is about to get a whole lot better.
