Vanessa's POV:

This summer I spent time with Topanga a lot more. I did hangout with the boys just not as much. I spent the weekends at Cory's and Fridays. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays i usually hangout with Topanga. I finally told Topanga that I liked Shawn but she promised to never tell anyone. I went through puberty. My boobs are bigger, my thighs, my hips, I'm 5'0" ft and have been since about 6th grade, so I'm pretty sure I'm done growing, and I of course got my period this summer.

I was on my way to Cory's.

I got there to see Shawn already there. I must've been off by a few minutes. I'm wearing a white fitted tee-shirt, with a black and white flannel, it's unbuttoned so you can see my shirt, and my favorite jeans that are a little baggy. My hair is still long.

I walked in and Shawn was wearing side burns.

"I knew I shouldn't have left the old school. I was so cool in the old school. They had no right to pass me. I am an idiot." Shawn says

"See? Shawn's not reinventing himself." Mrs. Matthews says

"Shawn.. are those sideburns?" Mr. Matthews asks

"You mean the ones on my face?" Shawn says

"When we saw you yesterday, they weren't on your face. Were they?" Mrs. Matthews says

"Mrs. Matthews, you just can't accept the fact that Cory, Nessa, and I are growing up, and we're old enough now to... but our own hair." Shawn says

"You've got a glue spot on your cheek." Mrs. Matthews says, getting the glue off of Shawn's cheek

"Yeah, thanks." Shawn says

"We've got all the answers to high school right here. Having a big brother finally paid off." Cory says

"Cor, sign this." Eric says, handing Cory a piece of paper

"With regard to my brother Eric Matthews, hereafter referred to as o great one, I, Cory Matthews, hereafter referred to as insignificant speck, pledge never to contact the great one verbally or nonverbally during any and all school hours from this day toward forever and ever. Amen" Cory reads

"Hey nice to see you're looking out for your brother on his first day." Mr. Matthews says

"Dad, word gets out I'm related to a seventh grader, I lose all my status. I mean, I might as well strap on a tuba and join the band." Eric says

"So your social status means more to you than your brother?" Mrs. Matthews says

"Oh mom look, I don't like walking all over Cory anymore than you do." Eric says, Mrs. Matthews opens her mouth in shock "I'm keeping up appearances. He's my brother of course I love him." Eric says, getting up and side hugging Cory.
