Two weeks went past without Aussie saying a word about his crush to Hunter. I was worried about him. After all, I knew how much it hurt to hide a crush on someone, but he was choosing to do it. I wondered why, but I decided to let him be. Maybe he was just waiting for the right time and then it got too hectic.

We found out about two days after Aussie and I talked that we were scheduled to finish the tour we'd started in a month from then and we were all busy getting ready. Hunter was prepared to talk to fans, briefed on how to apologize without explaining, as to hide her situation as best we could. She wouldn't be listed on the tour, wouldn't be mentioned anywhere, and the fans had been warned through twitter to keep Hunter's return hidden and to spread that message quietly. No fans seemed to have an issue with that; the ones that hated her got to ignore her existence and those that loved her were more than willing to help protect her, even without knowing why. I breathed a sigh of relief for every day I woke up to her cheek pressed against my throat, at least for a few days after the tour announcement. After that though, we all seemed to forget Ronnie in our rush to get ready. Thankfully, Dahvie was great at his job, and everything had been silently ready transport and gig-wise for a little while before the rest of us even knew about the tour.

That was our mistake though, forgetting about Ronnie. If we'd just remembered, just thought about it for five minutes, we might've thought it out better.

We'd all spent a full day finishing getting ready so we could relax for a week and remember the last minute things a bit before the last minute. We were tired, everyone was, even Hunter. We didn't sleep in that morning, getting up early no matter what time we went to bed, as was usual on a day like that. So, naturally, we went to bed earlier, all except Hunter. She was working on a song with Dahvie, in memory of his grandfather and her brother. (Yes, I know that song, Morning Star, is no where near this time period, but hey, I needed an excuse) She wanted to practice her part, and, though none of us had any issue with it, she wanted to stay downstairs so she didn't disturb our sleep.

She probably wanted to impress us the next morning.

I would've been happy if she was even there the next morning.

Aussie knocked my door that dreadful morning. "Hunter in there?"

I shook my head. "Downstairs. Stayed up working on that song she and Dahvie were doing."

"Really? She never came back up last night?"

"No. Seems weird to me too, but she loves music. Wouldn't surprise me if she never slept. Or if she passed out with her notebook," I said, chuckling at the memory of finding her that way during the last tour and even more so recently.

He nodded and smirked. "True enough. Thanks Jayy."

"No problem."

Aussie went off to find her and I turned my music on, waiting for her to inevitably come to see if I actually knew about this.

Aussie's POV

I walked downstairs to look for Hunter and noticed she wasn't on the couch. I checked the kitchen, possibly grabbing one of Jayy's Twizzlers (I just had to go back to chapter 1 of Tell Me Why to check if I capitalized Twizzlers back then, as to stay consistent because I'm weird about stuff like that and had to force myself not to correct the wording of everything XDDD) on the way through, and then went to check the two main bathrooms, both of whom had open doors. I went and knocked on Dahvie's door, more than a little worried at this point.

"What's up man? I'm just working on vocals for the new song."

"I'm looking for Hunter, is she in here?"

"No, last I knew she was practicing in the living room."

"Shit," I hissed through my teeth.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing, I just needed to talk to her and I can't find her anywhere."

"Are our cars in the driveway? She might've had to go do something."

I thought for a second. "I don't know... I'll check." I went hopefully to the window and checked outside, but the cars were there too. I swallowed nervously and went back to Jayy's room and knocked.

"It's open," he called over blaring music.

I opened the door. "Jayy?" I asked, failing to contain the worry in the voice.

"Oh, hey Aus. Y'ever find her?"

"No... And I looked everywhere Jayy. She's not here and the cars are. I have no idea where she is."

Jayy's eyes widened. "Oh no. Not again. Not again," he repeated, clenching his eyes shut. "Fuck."

Sorry it's a day late, but I've had a lot going on recently. Matter of fact, more happened today than in a while, and yesterday I just felt like shit and went to bed at like 5PM and got up at 6:30ish asking my Mom why she didn't wake me up for school. My friend called me at like 7:30 and I felt a little better then, but not much. I won't say what happened today, mainly because it'll be solved fairly quickly (so long as all goes well) so I should be okay. Regardless, I know there's no excuse, so sorry for that guys. I'm trying to get back on the every Tuesday thing, I really am! I know I ask this a lot of you, but as always, please bear with me.
