Happy

Once again I was in the waiting room while Abel was in surgery, with Gemma and Rachel sitting across from me no Luann today she had a shoot, that she couldn't miss. You could cut the tension in the room with a knife so I decided to go get some coffee. When I got back the bikers had invaded the waiting room. I felt a shot of fear when I locked eyes with Happy, that dark look was in his eyes the one that was there before he went into one of his rages. I took a deep breath and took a seat in between Jax and Juice

"I thought you guys were busy today?" I said to Jax

"We got a meeting later I told them I was coming so everyone followed." He said and I could feel Happy's eyes on me

"He's not going to bother you." He said and I forced a smile

As then tension in the room got thicker we fell into silence, just then my phone rang it was a number I didn't recognize

"Gianna Teller."

"It's Rhodes." He sounded tense

"Hey Rhodey, what's up?"

"Are you sitting down?"

"Yes..." I said with a frown

"Tony is missing."

"What?!" I said then I noticed everyone was looking at me I got up and walked into the hall

"What the hell happened?" I asked

"We were traveling from the test site and our convoy was attacked. We're looking for him but we don't have much to go on right now."

"Do you think he's still alive?" I asked I felt my heart racing

"I don't know how deep this is going to go so I'm sending Happy to you to keep an eye out."

"I'm not at home, right now."

"Well get home and stay there please I don't need to worry about you too."

"I'm in Charming." I admitted

"WHAT!"

"I'm safe I swear."

"You're not safe there! Why would you go back there alone?"

"It was an emergency, it's a long story but I'm ok just focus on finding Tony."

"I'm still sending Happy to you."

"James."

"It's Happy or military personal take your pick."

"Fine." I sighed

"Have you spoken to Obadiah?" I asked

"Not yet, we're gearing up to go look for him my superiors are handling that part. I think we should keep it quiet"

"We have to let the board know he was supposed to be back on Tuesday."

"We don't want to cause a panic."

"I'll tell them to keep it quiet but Obadiah and the board, need to know."

"Alright do what you go to do. I got to go but I'll keep you updated." He said

"Thank you, you be careful." I told him and we hung up.

I called Obadiah

"Stein." He answered the phone

"Take me off speaker." I said as I walked out of the waiting room and I relayed what Rhodey had just told me

"Maybe we should hire someone to go out there."

"No we should let them handle it Rhodey loves Tony he's going to look very hard."

"I'll wait a bit then we're taking over I to tell the board." He said then hung up on me

"What's going on?" Jax asked

"Work emergency." I said and rubbed my temples trying to stop my oncoming headache, I wanted to call his phone but I knew I wouldn't get an answer.

"Jax I'm sorry but I think I need to go." I said walking back into the waiting room and I grabbed my bag, I walked out

"Is everything ok?" Juice asked and I shook my head

"I got to go." I said then my bag was snatched from hands

"You ain't goin nowhere." Happy growled grabbing my arm and I pushed him

"Don't touch me! Don't you ever touch me again!" I yelled as tear fell from my eyes, I felt my anxiety exploding inside of me

"Back off Hap." Jax said but he pushed him

"Mind your fucking business, I'm talking to my old lady."

"I'm not your old lady anymore!" I said

"As long as you have my fucking crow-"

"I'm going have to ask you to keep your voices down or leave, this is a hospital." Margaret Murphy said from the nurses station

"I'm leaving!" I said wiping my eyes but Gemma blocked my path

"You need to stop running and talking this out."

"Why are you trying to normalize this? He beat my ass for two years! He killed my baby! You just stood by an watched it happen. Through all of this I needed my mom and even though you were 5 miles away you were never there."

"Gianna." She reached for me

"Don't!" I said to her then I turned to Happy

"I'm not your old lady anymore." I said and I turned to leave but Happy stepped forward and grabbed my shoulder and on instinct I grabbed his wrist and flipped him over my shoulder, Carlos would've been proud

"Happy!" Rachel rushed over to his side

"You will never put your hands on me again!" I snapped and I left the hospital I would come back and see Abel before I left.
