Epilogue

Five years later -

"Ryder Summers! Come back here now." I command as I look at the black haired boy running away from me.

He stops instantly and turns to face me with such a look of innocence anyone could be fooled. "Yes mommy?" He asks with a small smile. "Here." I say pointing my finger in front of me. He slowly walks towards me before stopping in front of me.

"Did you do that?" I ask as I point to the twins who are now covered melted chocolate. His blue eyes widen as he looks to the floor. "No." He blantantly lies.

I raise my eyebrow. "I guess I just have to get your father then." I tell him as I move to walk away. "Mommy! Ryder put melted chocolate on the twins!" A curly black haired girl screams as she runs up to me. "Snitch." Ryder mumbles. I look between the five year old and the four year old and smile. "Ryder, you're older than your sister and she has the honesty you don't. I will tell your father about this." I sternly reply.

He runs down the palace hall letting out a battle cry/scream of fear. "Go play Reya." I rell her softly. Her green eyes shine with mischief as she nods before running in the direction of her brother.

I let out a tired sigh as the twins grumble before leaving down the hall. Chocolate footprints stand in there wake.

"Your majesty." I look to my left to see Emily walking towards me. "Yes?" I ask. "The king would like to see you." She says before bowing and walking away.

After we had recouped, we got summoned to the palace. Our coronation was a year later, by that time Ryder had already entered this world. A year later came Reya. They are a mischievous pair that love pranks and getting into things they shouldn't. They both hold features from Dylan and I.

Axel became the alpha until the twins become of age, then they will take over and Axel will join us here.

I am in almost complete control over every being inside me. It does get hard. Especially during my pregnancies, hormones and such.

My boots click against thw tiled floor as I make my way to the throne room. The guards push open the doors. I see Dylan sitting on the throne with his brows drawn in thought.

My father lives with us in the palace. He has a wing that is dedicated to him and the twins. He has no title anymore and is no longer immortal. Dylan and I, however, are.

Being half goddess isn't all thag it's cracked up to be. Deciding fates and mates is a big decision.

"You wanted to see me?" I ask as I sit next him. A smile lights up his face. "Just wanted to check on you and the new addition." He explains as he places a hand on my very pregnant belly. "We are good. Ryder dumped chocolate on the twins." I grumble softly.

He kisses my cheek and chuckles. "Boys." He whsipers softly. "I know. They are always up to no good." I mumble.

"I thought of a name." He tells me and gives me a small grin. "Let's hear it." I reply as I give him my attention. "Lucille Ann for a girl and Nathaniel Grey for a boy." He says proudly.

"Those are beautiful names." I reply honestly. He gives me a proud smile as hapliness shines in his eyes.

There has been nothing but peace and new beginnings these past five years. No matter the loss or the hurt, time goes on, the world keeps moving.

You never truly forget, but you learn to accept and remember the good things. Hold onto the good memories and let go of ths bad ones.

Night terrors haunt my dreams. I am thrown back into the cells being tortured by Cyrus or those rogues. I'll be surrounded by bodies of my family and my mate.

I'll wake up crying or screaming or both. You can't control your dreams. They were worse at the beginning, but as more happiness and light finds it's way into my life, they aren't as bad. I wouldn't change the past for even a moment. It has made me strong and appreciative of life.

We deserve every ounce of hapliness we have achieved. Our dreams are slowly, but surely coming true. Our little family is growing, our lives are becoming meaningful once more.

I lokm at Dylan and smile. The love that his eyes hold outshine any demons that reside in my mind.

Our present is now and our furture is coming with more promise and fortune than I could have ever dreamed of. For that, I couldn't be any happier.

I'm literally almost crying. I can't tell you how proud I am of this series. I know it needs polishing and editing which will come.

I have come to love everyone of my characters and their personalities. Ending this series is such an achievement. His Special Luna was my first book I ever published. I feel that this is a good ending for her and her family. She lost, she loved, she cried, she hurt, she gave, she took. She lived.

I hope everyone enjoyed this series as much as I do.

Check out my other stories if you want. Those characters are steong and loveable too.

For the final time in this series.

Peace out loves
