Jax pulled the door open for Isabella. She smiled sweetly and walked inside. Once inside a waitress led them to a table and they sat down. Isabella looked around. "I love this place, it's so charming." She said. Jax laughed. "Yeah until you get a group of riled up teens in here on a friday night." He said.

Isabella raised an eyebrow. "It sounds like you speak from experience." She said. Jax grinned innocently. "Lets just say I spent many a weekend cleaning up messes here." He said.

Isabella chuckled. "Don't worry. I know how that feels. Me and Nava were constantly getting into trouble as teens." She said. Jax's brow furrowed. "What do you mean?" He asked. Isabella closed her eyes. "Nava and I were constantly getting into trouble when we were teenagers. However we weren't very good at it. We kept getting caught." She said chuckling.

Jax smiled. "You're full of secrets aren't you?" He asked Isabella shrugged "What do you mean?" She asked Jax leaned back in his seat. "I can just tell." He said Isabella chuckled. "You can just tell?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. Jax nodded and grinned.

"Yep I can just tell. Now what do you say we order some food. Or would you rather sit here and talk all night." He asked, picking up his menu. Isabella dramatically sighed. "Darn I was hoping we would just sit and talk. Now I have to actually think about what I want to eat." She said leaning back in her chair.

Jax chuckled. "I think I want a steak." He said. Isabella picked up her menu. "Steak sounds pretty good." Jax called over the waitress. "We'd please like two steaks, one medium rare and the other." he trailed off motioning to Isabella. "Medium please." The waitress nodded and walked off.

Isabella looked at Jax. "So tell me O-wise one. How can you tell that I have secrets?" She asked. Jax laughed. "You have a look about you. You don't say too much. It's like you've thought of every question someone might ask you and you know exactly how you're going to answer it." He said. Isabella leaned forward and rested her arms on the table. "I have to say it's rare you meet someone as observant as you. What else have you noticed?" She asked.

Jax chuckled. "That's about it. Other than that you seem like one of those people who would do anything for your friends." He said, shrugging. Isabella smiled and took a sip of her water. The door to the restaurant opened and they both glanced over. Jax promptly shrugged it off but Isabella choked on her water.

"Are you alright?'' he said, handing her a napkin. Isabella nodded and wiped water off her chin. Jax turned and looked at the couple who had just walked in half expecting to see Nava and Dustin. He didn't recognize them. "Do you know them?" He asked. Isabella kept an eye on them.

She sighed. "Look I need your help. The woman who just walked in has tried killing me multiple times. I came to Idaho because I didn't think she would find me here." She said. Jax opened his mouth but closed it.

Isabella pinched the bridge of her nose. "Look I have no doubt she's here to try killing me again and I don't want you to get hurt. I need you to go to my house and tell Nava that Scarlets here. Please Jax." She said.

Jax nodded and sighed. "I have no idea what's going on. Part of me thinks I'm going to wake up in my bed and all this will be over." Isabella smiled softly. "Me too." She said standing up. She walked out the back door and The woman followed her. The man however came and sat down across from Jax.

"Hey there. My name is Alex." He said, holding out his hand. Jax shook his hand. Alex chuckled and leaned back. "You know It's polite to respond with your name and a 'good to meet you'." He said, holding up his hands. "But hey who am I to judge if you're a mannerless person." He said

The waitress returned with Jax's and Isabella's food before he could respond and Alex sat forward and cut into the steak. "Let me guess. She wanted it medium. I'm more of a rare guy myself but oh well." He said putting a piece in his mouth. Jax rolled his eyes. Alex was really getting on his nerves. He stood up. "Excuse me but I need to go." he said. Alex laughed. "Sorry but nope." He said, pulling out a gun. "Sit down please." He said.

Jax stayed standing. "Why should I listen to you?" He asked. Alex chuckled. "I like you. Well for starters one of us has a gun and secondly." He paused, then shrugged. "Actually nope all I have is that one reason." Jax folded his arms.

"What if I decided to run and take my chances?" He asked. Alex rolled his eyes. "Really? Do you want to risk that?" He asked. Jax waited a moment before sitting back down. Alex grinned. "Wonderful! Now, how about you start eating and when Scarlet get back we can go pay Nava and Dustin a visit." He said.

"Why do I need to be here for you to do that?" Asked Jax. Alex sighed. "Oh come on! Use that head of yours. You picked Isabella up for your date that means," He said trailing off and making a circle with his hand. Jax raised an eyebrow. "That I know where she lives?" he asked.

Alex clapped his hands. "Bingo! Now I would eat because Scarlet and Isabella will be back in a moment." Jax picked up his knife and cut into his steak. "Isabella said that 'Scarlet' was going to try to kill her." He said trying to figure out how he was supposed to get out of this situation.

Alex grinned. "While normally that would be true this time Scarlet is going to make amends." He said. The door opened and Scarlet and Isabella walked in. Jax stood up and walked past Scarlet who smirked. "Isabella Is everything okay?" he asked

Isabella turned her head robotically and gave him a weird smile. "Yes, I am fine. We should go see Nava." She said, turning towards the door. Jax grabbed her hand. "Isabella? What did they do to you?" He asked worriedly.

Isabella's head turned to the side. "Nothing Jax I am perfectly fine. Let go of my arm please." Jax looked at her eyes. They had no emotion as she spoke. "Isabella please come with me. We need to figure out what they did to you." Scarlet snapped. "Isabella, we need to go. Oh, and bring him." She said.

Isabella twisted her arm out of Jax's grasp and twisted around pinning both his hands behind his back. Jax groaned. "I don't even want to know where you learned that." he groaned as Scarlet handed her some handcuffs. Jax struggled and Isabella held him down.

Scarlet had Isabella sit Jax in a chair and she sat down across from him. "Jax. Let me explain what's going on. First I did not come to make amends with Isabella. One thing you should know about her is that she's a fighter. The only way to really torment her is to take away her ability to fight." She said.

Jax looked over at Isabella who was standing at attention with the same empty look on her face. "How did you do it?" He asked. Scarlet laughed. That's a story for later right now? Isabella." She said snapping Jax felt a sharp pain in the back of his head before everything went black.
