Nava

Chapter 27

Scarlet couldn't help but smile as Isabella did everything she asked. Scarlet snapped her fingers and Isabella threw Jax into the back of the car. "Now to go get Nava." She said grinning wickedly.

Scarlet slid into the car and Isabella directed them to her home. Scarlet jumped out of the car and calmly walked up to the door. "Isabella open the door." She said barely able to control her excitement. She was so close, right behind the door was Nava.

She bounced on her toes as Isabella mechanically walked up to the door and opened it. "Nava I'm back." She said in a monotone voice. Nava's voice came from the living room. "Isabella? Is everything alright?" She asked walking into the entryway. Nava froze as she saw Scarlet standing in the doorway.

Scarlet snapped her fingers and Isabella grabeed Nava's shoulder and twisted her around pinning her hands behind her back. "Isabella? What in the world has gotten into you?" Nava yelled. Dustin came into the room and pointed a handgun at Scarlet.

She smirked at him. "Come on now Dustin put the gun down." She said. Dustin cocked it and shifted his stance. Alex stepped forward. "Put the gun down or I shoot your wife." He said aiming his own gun at Nava.

Everyone stood still waiting for the first move. Dustin sighed and crouched down setting the handgun on the floor. "Kick it towards me." Alex says. Dustin scowled and kicked the weapon across the floor. Scarlet bent down to pick it up. "How about we go sit down." she said, waving to the door way for the living room.

Dustin turned and glanced at Isabella. He glared at her and she stared at him blankly. They went into the living room and sat down. Scarlet smirked at the simple room. "I should have guessed Isabella would go for something bland." She said, sighing.

Nava growled. "What did you do to Isabella?" She said angrily. Scarlet grinned and pulled out a small dart gun. "I came up with a special serum that makes Isabella do whatever I tell her to do." Nava tried to pull away from Isabella's grasp but she just held on tighter.

Scarlet watched Nava struggle with an amused expression. "Oh come now Nava we both know you can't break free." She said rolling her eyes. Nava growled and kicked at Scarlet who simply moved away. Scarlet turned to Alex. "I just remembered Jax." she said. Alex stood up. "I'll get him before he freezes." He said getting up.

Dustin raised an eyebrow. "Why did you bring Jax?" He asked Scarlet grinned. "Well the more I can hurt Isabella the better." She said. Nava tugged against Isabella's grip again. Isabella squoze her wrists tighter and Nava yelped in pain. Dustin stood up slightly and Scarlet moved in front of him shifting her gun to the other hand.

"Sit down." She said. Dustin held his hands up and sat down slowly. "Scarlet, why are you doing this?" she asked. Scarlet laughed. "As if you didn't know. All that time keeping secrets from me but telling Isabella. Come on. I would be stupid not to be angry." She spat.

Nava sighed. "This isn't anger, this is something completely different. You're willing to hurt innocent people just to get back at me and Isabella." She said as Alex returned carrying a passed out Jax. Scarlet sneered. "Yes I am because I want you to hurt more than I hurt when you decided to leave me in the dark about everything!" She said her voice raising.

Nava frowned. "Yeah right! I told you everything and you ended up blackmailing me and trying to kill me!" She yelled. Scarlet snapped her fingers and Isabella kicked Navas leg from beneath her and forced her to sit down.

She knelt down to Navas eye level. "Right, you told me everything. You told me how Isabella thought I was ignorant, and disagreeable." She said sarcastically.. Nava winced. "I didn't tell you because I didn't want to hurt your feelings. Besides you were working for someone else and trying to sabotage our company!" Nava said.

Scarlet smiled softly. "You know before we had our little falling out I wanted to kill Isabella but after we went separate ways I wanted to kill you as well. However I think I will enjoy this just as much." She said nodding.

Nava felt a sharp pain in the back of her head and she heard Dustin's yell of protest before everything went black.
