You and Niall were laying in a field near a lake that Niall had taken you too for you 5 month anniversary. You had your head on his chest and he had is arm aroumd you protectively.
(HIS POV)
(Y/N) and I layed there in the confinements of the long grass of the field. I knew she’d like this place. I have been coming here ever since i was a kid so this place was quiet special for me. I was gonna bring (Y/N) here on our 1 year anniversary but i decided to bring her here on our 5 month anniversary instead because I have something important to tell her.
“Niall do you ever wonder what it would be like if we if we never met?” (Y/N) asked me looking up at me. We sat up and i brought her into a hug.
“I think about it all the time princess. And honestly i dont know what i would do if i hadn’t met you. You are my world and… and…” come on Niall dont choke now!
“And what Niall?” (Y/N) looks at me waiting for a response.
“And… I love you. I love you (Y/N) i really do” i was so nervous after i said that. What if she doesnt feel the same!? What if i just messed everything up!? She looked at me shocked for a second before a smile broke out on her face.
“I love you too Niall” (Y/N) just made me the happiest man alive! I leaned in and our lips met in a passionate kiss. I pulled away.
"Best 5 month anniversary ever!" I screamed and (Y/N) laughed.
From then on it was traditon that you and Niall returned to that same spot in the field near the lake every 5 months to say how much you love eachother.
