I really do.” I said “Niall come here. C’mon.” I heard Chloe. “NO! YOU GET AWAY FROM ME! FROM US!” Niall yelled. Next thing I knew we were running away! “What’s going on?!” I yelled until everything turned white! “(y/n)! Come back to me!” I heard Niall’s voice. “Niall?! Where are you?! Niall?!” I kept on yelling. “Niall!” I said. –END OF DREAM-

“(Y/N)! wake up! We’re here.” Zayn said. “What?!” I said. I hugged him. “WOAH! What’s wrong?” Zayn said. “Bad dream.” I said. We got our bags and got out of the plane. “Zayn! Are you and (y/n) together?” a pap asked. I was behind Zayn. “Are together? What do you mean?” Zayn asked. “An item!” A fan yelled. “An item? No not YET!” Zayn answered. I giggled behind him. “Zayn,, what can you say about (y/n)?” a pap asked. “She’s absolutely amazing,, gorgeous,, and stunning!” Zayn answered until we got into the V.I.P lounge. “Woah! Those paps never run out of questions!” Eleanor said. Everyone laughed “(y/n)” Danielle and Eleanor called me to the bathroom. “Yeah? What’s up?” I asked confusedly. “Well… Niall still loves you and it was Chloe who pulled him into the kiss.” Danielle said. “So maybe if you give him one last chance. Give it one more try.” Eleanor said. “Girls,, you totally read my mind!” I said with a smile. They both jumped up and said “Good luck babe!”. I walked outside of the bathroom with a smile on my face. “Hey um,, (y/n)?” Niall said whilst approaching me. “What is it?” I asked happily. “Please babe,, give me one last chance and I promise it won’t happen ever again.” Niall. “Niall yes.” I said “I really love you! Please just one mo—did you say yes?!” Niall said. “Yes.” I said again. Niall ran towards me and hugged me,, spun me around. “I Love You Niall. I never stopped loving you.” I told him with a shaky voice. “I never stopped either. I Love You.” Niall said. I kissed his cheek. “so I see you guys are back together eh?” We both smiled and nodded. “Well,, I wish you both good future.” Liam said. We all looked at each other and we all broke down laughing. “What’s all the commotion in here?” Harry,, Louis,, and Danielle came in. “Niall and I are back together.” I explained. Everyone cheered with huge smiles on their faces. We all went back to the room waiting for Paul and Tom to pick us up. “WHERE IS PAUL?!” Lou whined. “Lou,, probably on the way.” Eleanor said. “Alright boys,, and girls.” Paul said popping from the lounge door. “Told you.” Eleanor giggled. Niall and I walked out hand-in-hand. “OH MY GOSH THEY’RE HERE!” A girl screamed. Suddenly flashing cameras and screaming fans everywhere! “Eleanor! How’s your relationship with Louis Tomlinson?!” A guy asked. “Actually it is absolutely amazing!” Was all Eleanor said. “Niall! What did (y/n) say about you cheating on her at a club 2 days ago?” one asked, “Uh,, no comment.” Niall said. He squeezed my hand a little and we all hopped into the car. Dani,, Liam,, Eleanor,, and Louis stayed in the other car. “Hawaii,, here we come! Ugh,, I desperately want to go to the beach!” Harry said. “OH MY GOSH! HARRY! HARRY!” a girl whilst knocking on our window. “ZAYN! ZAYN!” another girl screamed whilst knocking on the window. Zayn mouthed ‘hi’ and suddenly she fainted! “Isn’t it weird that you could make girls faint without even trying?!” I said. “I know! It’s weird! But incredible!” Zayn said. “hey Paul,, how much longer?” Niall asked. “About 5 more minutes.” He answered. “aww! I’m hungry!” Niall complained. Everyone laughed at Niall. “uh,, here you could eat this. I bought it in the airport a while ago.” Harry said while handing him some food. “Geez… Thanks!” Niall said,, taking the food. “Now you enjoy eating that food okay?” I said. “Uhu.” He managed to say whilst chewing. “Okay guys,, in a few seconds,, I’ll open the doors,, and you all will walk straight into the hotel.” Paul instructed. We all nodded and gathered our stuff. “3,, 2,, 1” Paul counted and opened the doors to reveal tons of screaming fans! “woah!” We all said in sync. We all walked into the hotel as planned and went into our room. “This room is massive!” Liam said. Everyone picked their beds and settled in. “Dibs on this bed!” I said. It was a king sized mattress! “Niall? Where are you?” I said. “Over here!” He said whilst putting his bags next to mine. “So guys,, we going?” Louis asked. “Beach? Definitely!” Harry said. Everyone ran to their stuff and got ready for the beach. I put this on::

“Looking fit today eh?” Harry said cheekily. “Harold.” I said with a smile. “Hey Haz! Remember she’s my girl!” Niall said whilst wrapping his arms around me. “Oops hands off for me!” Harry said. “Yup man.” Niall said. I went to the bathroom to wash my face before we leave when suddenly I felt the same pain in my chest again!”Ouch!” I whispered whilst sitting on the closed toilet bawl. “Shoot! I said whilst rubbing my chest trying to ease the pain. I leaned back a little to relax until it was gone. I stood up and looked at myself in the mirror. I noticed some darkish things under my eyes. “Eye bags?” I asked myself. But lately I haven’t been staying up that late for it to ‘cause eye bags. I washed my face and collected my things then moved out of the bathroom. “What took you so long girl?” Danielle asked. “Oh,, I just saw darkish things under my eyes.” I said. “We’ll have that checked soon alright babe?” Eleanor said. I nodded back. Everyone grabbed their stuff and we all walked to the beach right in front of the hotel. Niall held my hand and we walked to the beach. ‘welcome’ was written on the banner in the beach. “Niall! (y/n)! Perfect couple!” a girl screamed. “I LOVE YOU (Y/N)!” Niall yelled. I smiled and hugged him. “Love you too Niall.” I said with a smile. 
PART
“Shoot!” I said whilst rubbing my chest again. “What’s wrong babe?” Niall asked worriedly. I looked at him “I feel this chest pain again.” I said. He looked really worried now. “No worries Niall,, I’ll stay here first. I’ll catch up with you guys in a few.” I said. “But..” Niall said. “No Niall,, I’ll be fine. Go have fun.” I said and kissed his cheek. I sat down and relaxed. The pain was too much! I couldn’t take it! Next thing I knew,, I blacked out. I woke up in a hospital. My swim suit was gone and I was in a hospital gown. “What happened guys?” I asked them. “You fainted in the beach.” Harry said. “Why?! What?!” I freaked. “Um,, please don’t freak out!” Danielle said. I nodded and couldn’t wait to know why. “It’s bad news. Niall? Would you be the one to tell her please.” Liam said. When I heard bad news I wanted to get out of the room and run free! “Um,, (y/n)” Niall said whilst walking towards me. “you fainted because of the pain,, you couldn’t take it and the doctor said.” His voice started shaking “The doctor said that you’ve been feeling that pain because..” “Because what?” I whispered. “Your heart has a hole and you can’t take too much pain much longer,, and so we need to replace it. We need a donor.” Niall said. I tried to analyze what was happening. What he said. It finally sank into me. I had a hole in my heart and I’m about to die. “We have 4 months to look for a donor.” Zayn said. “And I have 4 months to live?” I said. Everyone nodded. I broke down crying! “WHY ME?! WHY NOW?! I DON’T WANT TO DIE!” I yelled. Zayn and Niall came to me. “(y/n) shh.. You won’t die. We’ll look for a donor as soon as possible.” Zayn said. “4 MONTHS! 4 FREAKING SHORT MONTHS! I ONLY HAVE 4 MONTHS TO LIVE. AFTER THAT,, I’M GONE!” I said barely being able to breathe. “No babe,, when we find a donor,, we could immediately do the operation without waiting for those 4 months.” Niall told me. “But what if we don’t? what’s gonna happen?” I said. “(y/n),, listen. We’ll find a donor and get your operation done.” Eleanor said. “But for now,, you live your life. Maybe go shopping and other stuff. But you can’t ride the plane.” Louis said. I nodded. “Besides,, it’s not like people are waiting for me back home.” I said. “Friends?” Danielle said. “They’re not real friends.” I answered. “You have us,, we’ll be with you the whole time.” Liam said. I smiled and thanked them. Everyone except Niall went out of the room. “Babe,, I promise you. I’ll make these 4 months memorable. I promise.” He said. I stood up and walked to him and hugged him as tight as ever. “Thank you Niall for being here for me. You and the guys are all I have. My parents and siblings are gone and I’m going to follow them in 4 months.” I told him. “No babe,, you’re gonna be alright.” Niall said then he kissed me passionately. “So,, where are we going?” Harry asked. “Well,, you guys don’t have to do these things. I just want to spend time with all of you.” I told them. Everyone smiled.

-2 MONTHS LATER-

“Niall,, this has been one of the most amazing time of my life!” I said. Niall started crying. “Niall?” I said confusedly. “You’ll be fine. I know it!” Niall told me. “Niall,, only 2 more months and still no donor.” I said. “Babe,, tomorrow we’re going to the hospital and check.” Zayn said.

-HOSPITAL-

“Seems like we got a donor just now!” The doctor said. Everyone jumped for joy! “So the operation is going to be held in 2 days.” The doctor said. We all went home to celebrate the good news! A few hours of partying it was time for bed. “Babe you’re going to survive. You’ll leave the hospital with a healthy and working heart. And promise me,, you’ll take good care of your new heart. I don’t want my boo to have her heart broken again.” Niall said. “Babe,, I promise.” I said. “Niall,, after the operation,, I want to spend the whole day with you.” I added. “I’ll be there.” Niall said. I cuddled with him the whole night. “I Love You So.” Niall said. “I love you so so much!” I answered. He kissed my forehead. I lifted my head and kissed his lips. I rested my head on his chest and listened to his heartbeat. We looked out the window without saying anything. Without making a sound at all. I suddenly felt a drop on my forehead. I looked up to see Niall crying. “Babe why?” I asked. “I Love your beautiful face. I Love everything about you. I’ll remember always.” He said. “What?” I asked with confusion. “I Love You.” He said. I hugged him “Love you so much.” I answered. I closed my eyes hugging Niall,, holding his soft warm hands,, and my head on his chest.

DREAM
“Mummy!” I heard a little girl’s voice. “Daddy!” She yelled again. Suddenly I saw a little girl. A beautiful ,, blonde,, blue-eyed little girl. I bent down and carried her in my arms. “Daddy!” She said. Niall walked towards us and wrapped his arms around us both. “I Love You both.” He said.

“Wake up!” Danielle said. “what?! Why?!” I said with a sleepy voice. “You and Niall will spend the whole day together!” Eleanor said. “Okay,, I’m up!” I said and hopped into the shower and changed to this::

“C’mon babe?” Niall asked. I nodded and took his hands. We went into a small cottage beside a lake. Basically a lake house. “we’ll spend 2 days here,, today and tomorrow. We’ll meet the lads at the hospital for your operation.” Niall said. The whole day,, we swam in the lake,, went fishing,, and played games. “8:45pm. Wow! That was fast.” Niall said whilst preparing dinner in the kitchen. I walked sneakily over to Niall and hugged him from behind. “Mm. babe.” He said. I tiptoed and kissed his neck. He turned around and kissed my nose. A smile grew on his face when he pulled away. We ate our dinner and quickly went to bed at 10pm. –RING RING-
My alarm clock rang. “Niall! Wake up!” I said. We grilled some food and had brunch. We sung over the lake with some ropes. We swam,, definitely had a great day. “tomorrow’s the day babe.” Niall said. I nodded and kissed his lips. His soft,, warm,, pink lips “Your name forever the name on my lips.” He said. I smiled and closed we closed our eyes. And slowly drifted to sleep “a few more hours babe.” I heard “just a few more.” I heard Niall. “I Love You.” I said. “I Love You too.” He answered. “stay.” I said. “I have to stay out of the operating room.” He said. “NIALL!” I screamed again and again! --- “Babe wake up! It’s just a bad dream!” I heard Niall. “What time is it?” I asked. “9am,, you’re gonna be late.” Niall said. I stood up and got ready and wore this::

We drove to the hospital and saw the rest of the guys. All of them looked very sad. “30 minutes before your operation Ma’am.” The nurse said. I put on my hospital gown and waited in a room. “Babe I love you so much! Forever and Always. Don’t forget babe.” I said. Niall held my face in his hands and kissed my cheeks,, forehead,, and lips. “Babe I love you so much. Words cannot describe. Promise me you’ll be strong. I love you so much.” He said. “5 minutes.” Niall kissed my lips and forehead. “I love you babe! I Love You so much [your whole name].” He said. I saw him writing on a paper. “2 minutes.” I said my ‘I love you’ s to everyone and hugged them. “Niall,, I Love You so much. Forever. After this,, I want to spend the whole day with you. I Love You.” I said. “babe,, I Love You so much FOREVER AND ALWAYS. Be a good girl. Take care of yourself. I Love You so much.” He hugged me tight and kissed me. I was brought inside the operating room and the operation started. A few hours later. “WOOH! SUCCESS!” the doctor yelled. Everyone cheered and clapped. I went out to tell Niall and the others the news. “I’m so happy for you! Congratulations!” Everyone said. I walked around to look for Niall. “Um,, Miss,, have you seen the boy,, the blonde boy I was with before the operation?” I asked the nurse. She looked down and said “Didn’t they tell you?” she stopped. “That what?” I asked desperately. “Who the donor was.” I broke down crying and ran into my hospital room. I saw a small box,, paper,, teddy bear,, and balloons on my bed. I got the box and opened it. It was a ring! I got the paper and read::

I hugged the teddy bear and cried. “I Love You.” I whispered. Niall’s gone because of me. Zayn ran to me and I quickly hugged him and cried in his chest. “I Love Him! WHY HIM?! WHY?! I SHOULD’VE DIED INSTEAD!” I said again and again. “Shhh… he loves you too.” Zayn said. I Hugged everyone and we all went back to London.

Today is the day I officially say goodbye to Niall. I wore this::

We drove to the cemetery and there all our tears came. “Would you like to say a few words?” Harry asked. I stood up and went to the podium. “Um,, Niall Horan. The best guy I have ever met my whole life. He is absolutely amazing. The boy I love. The boy who I’ll love forever. The boy who saved my life. Niall will always be in our hearts. I Love him. I Love You Niall… I…. I’m sorry.” I said and ran out. The Boys,, Eleanor and Danielle ran after me. “(y/n) Shh.. it’ll be okay.” Eleanor said. Danielle hugged me while crying. “We have to be strong. You promised Niall to be strong.” Zayn said. I hugged Zayn and we all walked inside. I cried on Zayn’s shoulder wetting his tuxedo. A few minutes later,, it was time to say farewell. The burying part. I cried even harder and so did Danielle and Eleanor. I said goodbye. “ I Love You Niall.” I said.

I KNOW THE ENDING IS PREDICTABLE,, AND RIDICULOUS. A CRAPPY,, PREDICTABLE,, AND RIDICULOUS ENDING. SORRY BUT,, HONESTLY,, I GOT EMOTIONAL WHILE WRITING THE HOSPITAL UNTIL THE END PART.
