She will be loved (part 5)

Harry looked like he wanted to die right there and then. "Fuck" he muttered. The boys are still looking at you, waiting for an explanation. You needed to tell them you were pregnant, you couldn't lie. Everything will be okay, just tell them the story you told Harry but with a twist.. you say to yourself. "So..?" Niall asks, waiting for an answer. "Niall, it's true. I'm pregnant with Cody's baby but me and him slept together before me and you started dating so don't get mad. I only just found out this morning and the reason Harry knew before you is because he caught me coming out of the bathroom with the pregnancy test this morning" you lie straight through your teeth. He walks off, obviously needing time to think this whole thing through so you just let him. The boys understood you though and came to comfort you. "So your keeping it?" says Lou. You nod your head and bite your lip from being anxious. "I'm sure Niall will understand. It's just hard for him because the baby isn't his, it's Codys" whispers Zayn. You just wanted to tell them that the baby wasn't Cody's. It was Harry's. But you couldn't. It would destroy Harry, Niall, the baby and your life. As much as you hated telling the boys this lie, you needed to hide the secret. 

About a week later, it was time for the auction of your house. You arrived at your home early and the real estate agent was already there and quite a few people turned up to your surprise. Many people looked around the house and then gathered into an open area to begin the auction. The prices were starting to get higher and higher which you were happy about because people were willing to not lose the opportunity to buy your house. After about an hour, a price was finally settled. It was better than you thought you would get so you were very impressed. You felt alot more relieved that you could finally move out of your house for good and not have to stress about the expensive mortgage any longer. You packed the rest of the things from your house into your car and drove back to Liam's, looking back at your now sold home. You felt free and it was one less thing on your mind. When you pulled up on the driveway, you hesitated about going inside because Niall still wasn't being himself. Although he wasn't angry at you, he still needed his space. You were really starting to miss being around him and spending time with him. Anyway, you got out of your car which you had managed to buy for a reasonable price the other day, and walked into your new home. "I'm back!" you called throughout the house. Everyone was out apart from Harry. They must all be back at their own houses which surprised you because they never usually go back to their own houses anymore, they basically live at Liam's place. "How'd the auction go?" he asks politely. "Yeah it was great! It sold for an expensive price so I'm really happy about that" you tell him while smiling. "I'm glad" he replys, grinning back at you. You were both chilling on the sofa together and it seemed like the perfect time to tell him the truth but you just couldn't. You knew you would regret it so you kept your mouth shut and continued to talk about anything that popped into your mind. "Look (Y/N) I know you love Niall and he loves you but I need to tell you something" he begins. You look at him, waiting for him to continue. "When we.. you know.. slept together, I know we were drunk but that still somehow meant something to me. I really like you and I have for ages but you have Niall which kills me but I suppose I'm happy for you both. When you told me the baby was mine it made me so happy, I can't even describe what my emotions were. But then you told me it was Cody's and I felt like someone had stabbed me. I know I was an asshole to Niall for what I did and what I'm telling you now but I just can't help myself because.. well.. I love you" he says, finally taking a breath. His eyes are all teary and it kills you. You love Niall to pieces but underneath that, there was definitely feelings for Harry. You wanted to shake those feelings away to make life easier but as time went on, you realise you couldn't just forget them. You could either listen to your heart and tell Harry that the baby was actually his and then be with him. OR you could stay with Niall and make him happy. But you loved Niall too. You were in love with both of them. "Why does life have to be so difficult?" you whisper to him. He frowns at you and looks hurt, thinking he did something wrong. "Harry it's not you. It's just making desicions thats so hard". He looks confused but you leave the thought with him and don't say anything more.

A key turns in thee front door and the boys walk through. Niall comes up to you and looks sad. "(Y/N) I should of been there to support you when you told me the news but I wasn't and I'm sorry for that. I guess I was just really hurt by the fact that the baby isn't mine. Even though it's not though, I can promise you that I will be here to support you and that I will treat the baby like my own. Well.. if that's okay with you" You took a minute to try and shake your thoughts away. Some were telling you to let Harry father it seeing as he's the real father but some were telling tou that Niall needed to be the one to take care of it. You couldn't just leave Niall waiting for a reply so without thinking you quicky said "Of course I want you to father the baby". He looks really glad and gives you a tight hug and goes upstairs to have a shower. Your phone suddenly vibrated so you unlocked it and saw you had a new text from Harry. You looked up at him seeing as he was sitting on the couch opposite to you. Louis was sitting near him so you guessed the text was something private that he couldn't say outloud in front of Lou. It read - 

Hazza Bazza:
I don't understand what you meant by 'it's making decisions thats so hard' ? Please explain xx

Maybe it would be best if you just explained to him what you meant. As much as you thought you might regret it, you wanted him to know so you sent back -


You:
If you breathe a word of this to any of the boys especially Niall I will kill you. Umm.. I just meant I don't know whether I love you or Niall :/

That's all you said because you definitely didn't want to tell him the truth about the baby. You looked in his direction and he was reading the text with a really wide smile on his face. His eyes were full of happiness and this made you smile too. "What are you ssmiling at Haz?" asks Louis, curiously. "Uhh.. nothing.. just something a fan wrote on twitter" he reponds. Lou chuckles and goes back to reading some magazine. Harry relys to your text straight away and it says -

Hazza Bazza:
Really!? No pressure or anything but could you let me know who as soon as you have made your decision? x

You quickly reply back to him saying -

You:
Of course xx

Deep down you already knew what your choice was. As much as you loved Niall and as much as you couldn't live without him, you knew that Harry overpowered that. You still decided to give yourself some time to think though to make sure you definitely knew what to do because other wise it's going to ruin your whole life. Besides, you didn't know if you could let Niall go and just drop everything you had with him. It would be to hard and painful. You loved Niall.
