Some say,
sorry seems to be
the hardest word.
Because you need
to lower your
ego
and spill
your heart
out.
Heavy to the tongue,
pleasing to the ears.
I think,
sorrys are easy:
When your heart is absence,
and coated in lies--
your sorry becomes
a chant or a mantra
when repeated
enough times.
Easy to your tongue,
music to my ears.
Until the lies crack
as truth unveiled.
Remember:
When sorrys become easy,
always back them up with actions
for actions scream louder
when word's only a whisper.
