Hajime x Nagito - Fluff

Title: Despair Disease

Hajime Pov
It was the second day of the separation, because of the despair disease we had to split up into two groups. Me, Fuyuhiko and Mikan were stuck at the hospital taking care of the three affected. After checking up on Ibuki and Akane, I went to Nagito's room.

As I entered, I saw Nagito looking out the window.
"Ugh, why are you here Hajime..?" Nagito said quietly
"I'm just here to check up on you..." I said meakishly
"Well I'm doing okay so now leave" Nagito said whilst walking towards me.
"A-are you sure..?"
"Yes I feel great and I don't want you here at all, please leave Hajime..!" Nagito raised his voice a bit.
"Okay, fine I get it" I said turning around and walking to the door, but... something was off...

The despair disease has many forms and Nagito just happend to get the lying disease, making him say the opposite of what he actually means to say. So then if he wants me to leave...
I turned around and saw Nagito looking at me sadly and longingly. I reach over to him and put my hand in his head he was burning up a lot.
"N-nagito you're boiling..!"
"No I'm not"
I grabed his hand and took him to the bed, Nagito laid down while saying he didn't want me here.
"I'm going to get Mikan" I said quietly turning away from the bed.

Nagito Pov
I didn't want him to leave, but the words were just coming out. As Hajime turned around I quickly reached for his hand.
"..." I couldn't say anything or it'll come out the wrong way
I pulled him towards me and in a feverish haze pulled him in.
"W-wha..! Nagito..!" Hajime said in shock
I hugged him tight, my warm body against his
"I hate you..." the words slipped out

Hajime pov
W

hy was he hugging me?! And why was he doing that while saying he hates me?!
"Leave, I don't want you here..."
Wait a minute, does that mean he wants me here with him?
"Should I stay here with you..? I asked faintly
Nagito's grip tightened
"No"
I felt his hot hands against my waist, his fever was pretty bad. I turned around and faced him, his eyes were sinked in and he looked dazed out. I put my arms around him and felt his arms tighten again
"I hate you, leave" he said gently
"I know, I'm here, don't wory" I said to him softly.

Nagito started to fade in and out of sleep, I stroked his hair and quietly talked to him until he fell asleep. With his hot face against my head, I fell asleep.

Time skip ~ After class trial

During the whole investigation and trial I was nervous around Nagito. Every time he spoke to me I felt a light blush set on my face.
I was walking to my cottage when I felt arms around my waist.

"Hajime..." I heard Nagitos voice say in a whisper
"Y-yes Nagito..!" I say in shock and embarrassment
"I still feel sick... can u stay with me, please..?" He said weakly
"S-ure l-let's go to your cottage..." I said nervously

We walked together to his cottage and payed on the bed together, the whole cottage smelt like him; his warm skin against mine. His arms were around my waist again and I was facing him with my arms around his neck.

I could tell by his breathing, Nagito was almost asleep. But just before he fell asleep I heard.
"Love you, night"
"W-what...?" I said but Nagito was already asleep. A bright crimson blush spread over my face, I must've heard that wrong...
