It seems Anubhav Singh is working on a case in which Haseena Malik is involved or she is a target.

11. In episode 106, Santosh said is it Manav calling, who is Manav? Is it Karishma Singh's husband or some officer or Badi door se aaye hain Captain Manav Muralidhar Ojha.

12. Haseena Malik mentioned in episode 106, that her father died in a police fight. Is Anubhav Singh investigating on that case.

13. The head of secret agent is Karishma Singh because her network or contacts is very strong; her every information is accurate.

14. Karishma Singh was giving Haseena Malik the taste of her own medicine, it was no cruel; it was quite entertaining.

15. Very curious of what is in mind of Anubhav Singh, that he pinned Haseena Malik as target and so deep data collection and a board inside his photo sounds a big secret agent mystery case. And sudden love emotions for Haseena Malik in Karishma Singh is quite interesting. Pushpa Singh's emotional saas speech was nice, great.

They had always underestimated her or fooled her or distrust her or complain about her or played with her feelings; what if she gets killed.

20. Haseena Malik mentioned in episode 105,  whether Haseena Malik is there or not but Mahila Police Thana will always need Karishma Singh, let's use it in story; 
They are always playing with Karishma Singh, saying Karishma Singh creates trouble and she can't handle anything, what if she is not there will they be in trouble and can't do anything without her.

21. Is Karishma Singh and Anubhav Singh really cousins or are they wife & husband and acting as cousins for some reason / for solving secret agent case in which Mahila Police Thana is involved, if this is the case then if Haseena Malik falls in love with Anubhav Singh than what will happen of Karishma Singh.
