"That was brilliant Harry!" Ron said laughing as they walked out of the classroom.

"You really shouldn't have said it Harry" Hermione said frowning at Ron.

"He tried to jinx me! In case you didn't notice" Harry said fuming. "What's Dumbledore playing at anyway? Letting him teach Defense! Did you hear him go on about the Dark Arts? He loves that them!"

"Well" Hermione said slowly "well he reminded me of you a little bit"

"More than a little" (Y/n) muttered.

"Like me?" Harry asked outraged.

"Yes well when you were telling us about what it's like to face Voldemort, you said it wasn't all about memorizing spells, it was about guts and brains. Well isn't that what Snape was saying?"

Harry did not like this one bit, as Harry glared at her.

"Like or not mate she's right" (Y/n) added. "And to be completely honest I thought it was a bloody good lesson, he didn't sugar coat it he told us what it was like like you did with the DA"

Harry took this even worse than Hermione's comment, and so did Ron as the two of them glared at him before sulking off in front of them.

At that point a student ran up and gave Harry a scroll, which he unwrapped and read.

"Dear Harry, I would like to start our private lessons this Saturday. Kindly come along to my office at 8 P.M. I hope you have enjoyed your first day back at school. Yours sincerely, Albus Dumbledore.
P.S I enjoy acid pops"

"He enjoys acid pops?" Ron asked looking confused.

"Obviously it's the password Ron, use your brain" (Y/n) said rolling his eyes.

"Ha! Snape's not gonna be pleased, I won't be able to do his detention now!" Harry said sounding pleased with himself.

Harry and Ron spent the whole break speculating what Dumbledore would teach Harry, with (Y/n) pitching in everyone once and a while as he did Snape's homework.

After the break Hermione ran off to Arithmancy, while Harry and Ron stayed in the common room, still not doing their DADA homework.

(Y/n) spent most of his break finishing his homework, before deciding to go for a walk.

"Hello (Y/n)" a dreamy voice said as he was walking aimlessly through the halls, pulling him out of his thoughts about his brother.

"Oh hey Luna, how's it?" (Y/n) said slowing down and walking with her.

"Not bad, although there are quite a few Nargles around school this year, especially around you" she said swatting the invisible creatures around (Y/n)'s head.

"What're you up to?" (Y/n) asked making conversation.

"Just getting away from the common room and the people.... everyone's been asking me about the ministry they probably want to know about you and Harry" Luna said looking out the window at the sky.

"Oh come on Lunes you did a ton there too" (Y/n) said to her.

"Looks like rain" Luna said off topic still watching the sky.

(Y/n) shook his head, a small smile in his face. "Same old Lunes then"

"How are you holding up (Y/n), with Richie being gone" Luna said looking back at him.

His heart sank a bit at the mention of his brother's name, Luna always had a knack for knowing what was wrong.

"I'm doing better, I mean there's nothing I can do now he's dead" (Y/n) said bluntly.

"He's just gone (Y/n), he's just gone for now" Luna said in her mysterious tone of voice.

"What'd you mean?" (Y/n) asked confused by Luna as he always was. Despite being close friends with her, he only understand half of what she said... on a good day.

"I think I'll have some pudding tonight" Luna said dreamily. "I'll see you around (Y/n)" and with that she walked away.

(Y/n) shook his head and kept walking around the halls. Eventually he made his way back to the common room, where he found a very distraught Ron and Harry only just beginning their homework.

"You should've started it earlier" (Y/n) told them, as they asked for his help once more.

"Hermione!" Ron cried as she walked into the room. "Thank god you're here, can you help us with this?"

Hermione joined them at helped Harry and Ron with their homework, much to (Y/n)'s disappointment. "If you just do it for them they'll never learn."

"(Y/n) if I don't help them they'll fail" Hermione countered him, and she had a point.

"(Y/n)" a small voice called from behind him.

"Garth! How are you? Are you okay?" (Y/n) added upon seeing his scared face. "Was it Trelawney?" Garth simply nodded at this.

"Did she predict someone would die?" (Y/n) asked boredly. Once more Garth simply nodded.

"Was it you?" Once more his head moved up and down ever so slightly, his eyes wide with fear.

"Don't worry about it Garth she does that every year, look she predicted Harry would die, and nothing, trust me, nothing can kill that boy" (Y/n) said with a laugh.

"So I'm not going to die?" Garth asked him.

"Well not for a while at least, I mean we'll all die eventually" (Y/n) said trying to comfort him.

"Thanks (Y/n)" Garth said smiling widely at him.

"Do you want to meet my friends?" (Y/n) asked him, and turning to Harry Ron and Hermione.

"So this is Harry, yes the Harry Potter, the chosen boy, the one who lived, blah blah blah." Harry looked up and gave him a wave.

"That over there is Ronald, he's a bit slow but he usually gets there in the end, after some time, and help. Usually after we tell him exactly what's going on." Ron scowled him, before scrunching his face up and rubbing his temples trying to figure his homework out.

"And that beautiful lady over there is Hermione, the greatest witch of our era, there isn't a spell she can't preform, a potion she can't make, or a test she can't ace" Hermione blushed at his words, and gave Garth a smile.

"She's also my girlfriend" (Y/n) whispered, winking at Garth.

"So have you guys..." Garth trailed off "you know?"

Hermione's face got really red "Uhhhh" (Y/n) said at a loss of words looking to Hermione for help.

"Wait you guys haven't kissed?" Garth asked.
