I closed my eyes as another explosion boomed the whole island.

"I should go there." I announced and stood up.

Terrence and the others looked at me with disapproval.

"You can't, Katarina." Daddy Tomeo said, I shook my head.

"No, Dad. I have to go!" nagsimula akong maglakad tungo sa labasan ng deck. Cronica had us settled in one of her five warships.

We thought that we were able to be one step ahead of Allaine but we were surprise to see her armies circling Klementini.

"Katarina! For Pete's sake, you can't go there! You're pregnant! Dinugo ka na kanina, papatayin mo ba ang sarili mo at ang anak natin?!" galit na sigaw ni Terrence.

I looked at him intensely. I know that they were just worried about my condition.

"But, I can't just wait here knowing that my family is in that damn island fighting for their lives! I can't wait here thinking what is happening to Reina, to Tamara and the others! Hindi ko kaya! I can't lose another family. I can't!" I cried.

"Then, I'll go instead. Just stay here." He retorted and tried to stand up but failed.

Nakipaglaban din sila ni Daddy kanina ngunit napuruhan sila. Kasama nila si Cronica kanina na mas malala ang nangyari. Agad dinala ng ibang Lava Forces si CL palabas ng bansa tungo sa Greece para mas matingnan ang kundisyon niya.

They even wanted to bring us but we refused.

Malala rin ang mga tama na nakuha nila Terrence, Daddy, Tita Ynca at Aunt Mojica. I tried fighting too but I bled that I don't want to happen again. I almost lost my child.

"Terrence, please, let me go. Just trust me. I can take care of myself and our baby. I just have to make sure that my sister and her baby are fine as well as the others. Tamara is there, too. Hindi ko kayang tumanga na lang dito at maghintay ng resulta. I want to make sure my sisters are safe."

Umiling-iling si Terrence gano'n din si Daddy.

"Anak, I can't let you go out there and face the raining bullets." Daddy cried. I hugged him.

"Dad, I won't be hurt. I promised."

"Just let her go." biglang sabat ni Aunt Moj. She was looking at me intently then smiled.

Wala silang nagawa. I immediately ran to the lower deck to ride a speed boat. Before leaving, I did something I knew that is a great help for me and my baby.

Labag man sa loob ko, I used two vials of Immortality Drug. Tamara gave me these. Bago nila pinasabog ang laboratoryo ni Allaine, Tamara was able to save some. She thought that ID will be relevant in an unexpected circumstances. Gaya ngayon sa akin at sa nangyari kay Cronica. Our friend didn't know that we used vials of ID to save her life.

Sa susunod ko na lang iisipin ang epekto nito. I'll cross the bridge when I get there. For now, Reina and the others are my priority.

Sinamahan ako ng ilan sa mga royal guards. Pagkatapak ko pa lang sa isla ay agad akong napasabak sa labanan. Nakipalitan ako ng putok at atake. Hindi ko na nabilang kung ilan ang napatumba ko. Ilan din sa mga kasamahan ko ang nasawi.

Masakit. Sobrang masakit makita ang kinahihinatnan ng lahat.

Why can't we live in this world without them dying this way? Bakit kailangan pa mangyari ang lahat ng ito sa amin?
