MISTLETOE

While walking to the bus stop after class, you looked around and smiled. Everything is covered in white and the breeze was cold. "Ugh even with thick layers it's still cold af. I want to go home and cuddle with my boyfriend." You grumbled as you waited for the bus to arrive.

It's one of those days that your boyfriend will come over and spend the night there since both of you go to different schools. You're glad that your parents are open minded and allowed your boyfriend to spend the night since they trust him. They totally love your boyfriend, they even trust him more than you. Since you're parents are on their 10th anniversary, they decided to have a mini vacation over the weekend after Christmas and told your boyfriend to stay with you since they don't trust you being alone.

Back to a week ago when your family is having a meal with your boyfriend. "She could burn the whole house down" you mom said shaking her head. "Or she'll forget locking the doors again" you dad added with a worried face. You just rolled your eyes while your boyfriend chuckled. "Don't worry auntie, uncle. I'll spend the night here until you come back. You should enjoy yourselves" Miyuki said smiling at your parents.

"I can take care of myself. Thank you very much" you grumbled as you pouted at your parents. "Oh sweetie we know. It's just that..." Your dad said. "You're too careless" you mom added and your dad nodded his head in agreement. "We'll feel more at ease if Kazuya is with you" and you sighed, giving up. You can never win against the two of them plus you get to spend time with your boyfriend so it's still a win.

Now back to the present, you were currently at the bus looking out the window, thinking of what to have for dinner. You arrived to your destination and went down the bus. Your phone rang, grabbing it from your pocket, it was your boyfriend. "Where are you rn? I'm making some hotpot. Could you buy some mushrooms on your way home?" He said and you smiled. "Sounds amazing. Yeah. I'll buy some before coming home" both of you said your goodbyes.

Stopping by the mini market near your house, you bought some mushrooms and pudding since you were craving for something sweet. After paying for your purchases, you went home. As you were outside your door, you grabbed your bag and looked for the key but you couldn't find it. Guess I left it again. You rang the doorbell. Thank God Kazuya is here or else I wouldn't have a place to stay for the weekend. The door opened with your boyfriend smirking at you.

Rolling your eyes, he chuckled. "You left your key again" he said as you nodded your head. He laughed at you as you sighed. "Welcome home (f/n)" he smiled and opened his arms for you. You smiled and embraced him "I'm home" he kissed your forehead and pointed at something above you. You looked confused at first and looked up to see a mistletoe hanged on top of the entrance. You giggled. "You're so..." you mumbled "handsome? Hot? The best boyfriend in the whole entire world?" He said smirking. "Yeah. You are but you're too much and a bit childish sometimes" You said as he smiled proudly at his work.

"You still love me tho" he said and you nodded "yeah. I love you a lot" you murmured as you closed the gap between you guys. It was a long soft kiss. "Belated Merry Christmas love" he whispered as you hummed while nuzzling on his neck and placed soft kisses here and there. When you parted, he grabbed your hand and shooed you. "Place your things at your room then take a hot bath. You're cold" he said and you giggled. "Are you my mom or something?" He grinned while you gave him the plastic that had the mushrooms and the pudding.

You placed your things at your room and grabbed a towel. "Hot bath sounds good" you murmured as you opened the shower. "Ahhh this feels good" you said while sighing in content. After taking a bath, you dried your hair first before grabbing his tshirt from his duffle bag and put it on with your shorts. Coming down the stairs, you saw him putting down the soup for the hot pot with the ingredients already on the table. You smiled at your boyfriend.

He went back to the kitchen to get some water and he felt someone hug him from behind. Smiling, he turned towards you and kissed your lips. "Clingy aren't we?" He said smirking. "Yeah. It's because I miss you" you said closing your eyes as you smelled his tshirt which has the most comfortable smell. He chuckled. "Come on. Let's eat then we'll cuddle all night long" he said and you nodded. The day ended with the both of you having dinner, cuddling while watching a movie and sleeping next to each other.
