The game of Yakushi ended and Inashiro also exited the stadium, you were standing with your best friend as she talked to her boyfriend. Narumiya was standing beside you as he slowly closed the gap between you. He bumped your shoulder as he grinned at you as you laughed. "What?" you asked as he smirked at you. "You watched me pitch right?" he asked as you nodded. "So? Did my pitching make you fall?" he grinned as you laughed out loud. "Nahhh. Try again" you said as you heard your name being called.

Turning around, you saw Sanada waving at you as you told him to wait. "(b/f/n) I'm going home with Shun. How bout you?" you asked as he stared at her boyfriend and he nodded. "I'll stay here for a bit longer." She smiled as you kissed her cheek. "Take care of her. Okay?" you said as Shirakawa nodded. "Then I'll get going Carlos, Narumiya-kun" you smiled as he blocked your way. "You forgot something" he grinned. "Huh? What did I forget?" you asked confused as he pointed his cheek. "My good bye kiss" you giggled and kissed his cheek. He froze before you laughed and ran to your childhood friend who was glaring daggers on a blushing Narumiya.

Everyone's eyes widened in shock as you complied to Narumiya's joke. He plopped to the ground as his face was red. "Shit" he mumbled. "This is bad for my heart" he mumbled as he clutched his jersey. I can't believe it. Carlos thought a bit jealous of the ace. He too has had his eyes on you but decided to just let his feelings go since you obviously didn't have any interest in him. (b/f/n) and Shirakawa looked at one another and grinned. Narumiya was having a mini heart attack from your kiss when (b/f/n) cleared her throat. "Why are you shocked? You were the one who told her to kiss you." She smiled as the ace stood up and mumbled something. "what?" Shirakawa asked. "I said, I didn't expect her to do it since she was always rejecting me" he said as the two laughed and Carlos just shakes his head.

"Better make your move lover boy or she'll get stolen from right under your nose" she smirked pointing at you and Sanada. His eyes widened as he saw Sanada trapped you in his embrace while laughing. He looked at you and you had a genuine smile on your face as you wrapped one your arms around his waist and patted him with the other hand. "Why?" he murmured before looking at your best friend as (b/f/n) gave him a small smile. "Don't worry. She was always like that when it comes to Sanada-kun. They are childhood friends. Nothing more" she assured. "But one thing is for sure, Sanada has his eyes on her. Did you see the way he glared at Mei when (f/n) kissed him?" Shirakawa chuckled. "He was more like a jealous boyfriend than a childhood friend" he grinned at his ace that was now frowning. "I- I'll make her mine" I swear he said as Carlos and Shirakawa patted both sides of his shoulder. "Good luck, King" they both said.

Sanada looked at the scene in front of him and frowned. Why did she kiss him? Are they together or something? He thought as he glared at Narumiya who was blushing. You ran towards him as he concealed his feelings before wrapping his arm around you and looking at the group you just left. You giggled in his embrace before wrapping an arm around his waist and patting his head. "What's wrong Shun? You're clingier than usual" you smiled as he grinned. "Can't I hug my energizer? I'm quite tired" he said as you laughed. "What am I? A battery or something?" he just chuckled and pulled you along. "Let's have dinner at our favorite restaurant?" he asked as you nodded following him.

As you both arrived at the restaurant, you took a seat in one of the booths as Sanada order. "They have a new limited edition dessert. Do you want to try it?" he asked as you looked at their new dessert and nodded. "Looks delicious" you smiled as he chuckled. "Looks like you'll get diabetes" he said as you pouted. "You know I love sweet things" you grumbled as he nodded. "Yeah. I know everything about you. From your likes and dislikes to the things you're addicted to." He grinned as you smiled. "That's my childhood friend for you" you smiled as he sighed. "Can I ask you a question?" he asked as you hummed. "Are you going out with Inashiro's Ace?" you shook your head. "Nah. We just got acquainted recently." You answered and he sighed in relief as you look at him strangely. "I saw you kiss his cheek and I thought you both were together or something" he answered.
