BIRTHDAY PRESENT

You've always loved dogs since you were younger. Since both your parents are dog lovers, you also became one. For your birthday, your boyfriend for 2 years, Miyuki Kazuya, decided to buy you a puppy. Since you've been begging your parents for a new dog since your previous dog passed away due to old age. You're parents were a part of a multinational company which leaves you alone most of the time since they have work abroad. They'll just stay a month or so then travel again for work.

You're glad that you don't have to move away but you had to beg them with lots of tears before they decided to agree with you. Since you are now in highschool and they trust you so much, they rented an apartment that is owned by your father's friend so that they could check up on you from time to time. Miyuki met your parents during the holidays in your freshman year, you were already in the dating phase but not officially together. You wanted your parents to meet him first before making things official since you already met his dad during one of the long weekends.

Miyuki was nervous since your parents were looking at him up and down, trying to assess whether he's just playing with their precious daughter's heart or he's serious and after a few minutes of your father interrogating him and Miyuki stuttering, he was finally welcomed into the family. You and your mom giggled. "That's what my dad did to your father when I introduced him to the family" you mom whispered to you and you giggled. "Guess he wanted Miyuki to feel the way he felt before." Your mother nodded and smiled fondly at his husband.

Back to the present, you were pouting in class when Miyuki came in with Kuramochi behind him. He placed his bag on his desk and went to you. "Why are you pouting so early in the morning?" Miyuki said smiling down at you. You looked at him and huffed. "Mom and dad don't want to buy me a puppy since it's a lot of work. I've been begging them for months now" he chuckled. "Well you're pretty irresponsible princess. What do you expect?" he shrugged and you glared at him. "When did I become irresponsible??" You questioned him and he folded his arms smirking at you.

"Remember the time when you went to school wearing your uniform backwards? Or do you remember when we were going on a school trip and you forgot? Thanks to me going to your place early in the morning, you managed to get everything ready in less than 30 minutes." He continued and you had enough. You placed your finger on his lips "Okay! Stop! I get it okay" he smirked and licked your finger. "Eeew!!!" You shrieked and he laughed. "You don't say ew when I kiss you" you blushed and Kuramochi cleared his throat.

"Did you guys forget we're in the classroom? I'm sick of your lovey dovey shit" he grumbled and you giggled. "Ooh mochi you'll experience this soon enough" you said smiling at him "hopefully or else he'll grow old alone" Miyuki said laughing at a pissed of Kuramochi. "Yeah yeah. Shut it" Kuramochi said waving you both off. Your best friend greeted you and sat beside you. After a while, The teacher entered and class started. You were drifting off to lala land, bored with class. Miyuki looked at you and pondered. I should ask her parents for approval before buying her the birthday gift I've been saving for months now.

After class, you sighed, you were on cleaning duty today and have student council work to do since it's almost time for the school festival. "Ugh. I'm tired. I wanna go home, eat, watch my hot boyfriends in Haikyuu spiking some balls and sleep" you grumbled. Your best friend patted your head. "Now now (f/n)-chan. The faster we clean, the faster we're gonna do our work in the student council then we can go home" you nodded. Miyuki went towards you and kissed your forehead "do your best princess. I'll be going now. Iloveyou" you smiled and waved goodbye.

"Yuck. How sweet can you get? It's sickening" Your best friend jokingly gagged and you rolled your eyes. "Why don't you and Kuramochi just date already? You both are a match made in heaven" she scowled. "Who'd ever date that jerk" you smirked. "You of course." She rolled her eyes. "Oh don't deny my dear best friend. I can see the way you look at him and the way you blush every time he puts his arm around your shoulder." She blushed and smacked your mouth. "Ouch you mf" you grumbled and she smiled triumphantly. Both of you laughed it off and began cleaning.
