He told you he loved you? he told me too. He told you "you're the only one for me"? I heard that too. He told you he can't live without you by his side? He said that to a lot of times. He promised you "I will never leave you. It's you and me till the end?" Well he promised me that too. The fake 'iloveyou's he mutters and the promises he broke that you've lost count. 

It's been a few months since you both went out. Both of you were so in love. Then why? Why did this happen? Why is his arm around someone else? Why is he kissing someone who isn't you?  Why did he embarrassed you in front of so many people? Why did he push you away when he promised you that he'd stay by your side? Why? Why? Why?

You were racking your brain on what did you do to make him act that way. Did I do something wrong? Did I make him mad? Are you lacking something? Were you too clingy? You've been brooding over it for days now and you can't seem to come to a conclusion. It's been three days since he dumped you in front of so many people. The majority of people gave you pitiful looks which hunted you. You didn't attend school for a week.

You didn't even know how you got home. It was like you were stuck in a trance. He was your first love, your first in everything actually. Maybe you were gullible. Sighing, you finally decided to accept the fact that you were never enough for him and that you need to move on. There was no use wasting your time thinking of reasons why he dumped you except for the fact that he didn't love you from the start. 

As he said before he dumped you, "You were just a game. Don't misunderstand. I never loved you from the start. I was just bored and decided to play along but I finally got tired of it. You get it right? I'm tired of you. So this is where we draw the line (f/n). good bye" with that he turned his back on you with a new girl in his arms. You were speechless and sobbed for God knows how long.

Finally you had enough pitying yourself and decided to start a new. Let's do this (f/n) two more weeks till graduation. You can handle it. taking a deep breath you went to school. Rumors were all over school but good thing you had friends who would comfort you. You'd often run into him in the hallways but he would act as if you were just air. It hurt at first but you just shrugged it off and continued the remaining days of your high school life.

Graduation day ended in a blink of an eye and you started college. You made new friends and pursued your dream which is to become a very well known doctor. As years passed, you finally graduated as a Summa Cum Laude. You also met the love of your life during college, he is also was a baseball player during his high school years. His name is Sanada Shunpei, he was a year younger than you but you both hit it off. 

He was the type of man who would pursue you earnestly. He was rejected a lot of times but he didn't give up. He waited for you to open up your heart to him and learn to trust him again. It was a struggle for you since you were traumatized from what happened before but as time goes by you began to fall for him. Now you're in a relationship with him for five years. 

Both of you are very well known doctors in Japan. Everything was going smoothly until fate decided to play a cruel joke on you. There was an accident and you were the doctor in charge of the patient. To your suprise, it was your ex boyfriend, Kominato Ryunosuke. You were shaking and flashbacks were filling your mind. You took a deep breath and rid your face with any emotions as you entered the room to give him the results of his surgery.

You knocked and came in. He was with his little brother whom you were fond of before and his ex partner, Kuramochi Youichi. As you entered, they all looked at you with wide eyes. You began to give him the results of the surgery, "The surgery was successful Mr. Kominato, after a week or so you'll be able to go home" after you finished, you were about to go out when he called you. "(f/n)? it really is you right?" he muttered and you looked back at him and smiled. "It's Dr. (L/n), Mr. Kominato. If you'll excuse me, I still have a patient I need to check on" You went out and sighed.

You were proud of yourself for handling that well. Going back to your office, you saw Sanada waiting for you. "Let's have lunch?" he gave you a small smile. Knowing you had to meet your ex who practically traumatized you. You pulled him for a hug and nodded. He returned your hug and kissed your forehead. "It's alright. You're not the (f/n) from the past. You're much stronger than you are before and not to mention you're my precious fiancé" You giggled. You both were engaged for almost a year now.

Giving you a peck on the lips, he pulled you with him as you both went out for lunch. You were talking about a good date for the wedding and so on. You were full of smiles and Sanada was glad that you weren't affected with the current situation. After eating, you both went back to the hospital. "I'll see you after your shift then. My shift ends after 3 hours. Let's go home together." He muttered and kissed your temple. You nodded and waved him off. 

After seeing three more patients and conducting your rounds, your shift finally ended. As you were about to enter your office, when someone pulled your hand, you looked back to see your ex with Haruichi holding him. You sighed. "You weren't supposed to leave the bed Mr. Kominato or else your wound will open." You took his hand gently. "You better take him back Haru." You told the younger male softly he nodded and pulled his brother but he smacked his hand away.

"Why won't you talk to me?" He raised his voiced and you sighed. "Please don't make a scene. this is a hospital" you coaxed him but he still raised his voice. "Are you still mad that I dumped you?" He smirked and you looked at him like he's crazy. "Excuse me?" you looked at him baffled. "I think you misunderstood. I am already over you and I'm currently engaged. we only have a Doctor and Patient relationship, nothing more. So please excuse me. I need to go" 

Ryunoske was shocked. "You're engaged?" he mumbled. "You're kidding. who would love you? he must be blind. A dull girl like you?" he snickered and Haruichi was pulling his brother telling him that's enough but the older male had other plans. "Anyway you'll break up soon once he realizes you're nothing" He said with a triumphant smile. You were shaking and you were about to snap when somebody blocked you from him.

"Do you have any business with my Fiance? If not please go to your room since you're still healing" Sanada says with a smile but deep inside he was fuming. "Sanada? You're (f/n)'s fiance? Come on man. She isn't worth it. She's trash" Ryunosuke laughed and Sanada scoffed. "Well someone's trash is someone else's treasure or so they say" He pulled you beside him and kissed you. Your eyes widened and when he pulled away he gave you a flirtatous smirk. "She may be trash and worthless to you but to me she's my whole world. So this better be the last time I see you messing with her or else" He warned with a dark aura.

The people who were watching had a shiver down their spine. He then spun around and pulled you with him entering your office. You didn't even know you were holding your breath until you were alone with Sanada. He pulled your chin and inspected you. "Are you alright? don't take it to heart. He must be jealous that your current love is much more handsome and taller than he is" He said smugly and you giggled. You locked your arms on his neck and pulled him down, kissing him softly. "Thank you Shun. Iloveyou" you murmured and he gave you a bright smile.

"I don't care about what nonsense he was spouting about you. Always remember that I love you no matter what. Your past? I will accept that wholeheartedly, the present? I'll cherish it and love you unconditionally and your future? I can see it with me till the end of our loves. " He said as he looks at you in the eyes and kisses your forehead. I'm quite blessed to have him in my life. Thank God Ryunosuke broke up with me or I wouldn't have achieved my goals in life and I wouldn't have met a beautiful soul like Shun. Thank you God for guiding me in the right path.
