It's almost your boyfriend's birthday and you still haven't found a present for him. You sighed while looking out the window, you could see your boyfriend hinding in the shade which made you chuckle. How cute.

You've asked his teammates some idea on what to buy but they all shrugged and said "anything baseball related" or "his a baseball idiot. You can buy him a keychain with a baseball ball or a tshirt with a baseball picture, he'll be happy"

There's no use asking them at all! I know his a baseball idiot but what else? Hmmm. You pondered for a while until his favorite animal popped up. I should give him a polar bear plushy? Or a shirt with polar bears on it. You nodded your head and noted to go to the mall after class. You asked your bestfriend to accomapny you and she agreed.

As the bell rang signaling the end of classes. You fixed your things and went to your best friend's classroom. "(B/F/N) let's go?" She nodded and followed you discussing what you wanted to buy and get her opinions too. Until you heard someone calling you. You looked back and saw Furuya running towards you. "Yes Toru? You need something? (B/F/N) and I are going to the mall"

"Oh. I thought it's weird that I didn't see you on the field. Then I heard from the other managers that you had something to do. So I just wanted to send you off" He scratched the back of his head. Aww he looked for me. You smiled and kissed his cheek. "I'll see you tomorrow Toru! Take care and don't over do it. Okay?" He nodded and waved you goodbye.

"Such a cute boyfriend you have (F/N)" your bestfriend teased you and you just laughed it off. Cute indeed. As you both arrived to the mall, you've been searching for polar bear items but none caught your eye. You've been roaming around for more than 2 hours already but found nothing. sighing, you decided to call it a day and offered to treat your best friend with a meal since she looked exhausted going back and forth.

You both decided to eat at the family restaurant that's near your neighborhood. After you both ordered, you sighed again. "What should I do?? Only 6 more days till his birthday!" You panicked. Your best friend looked at you with worried eyes then she suggested something that gave you hope "what if you order online? It would take at least 3-4 days if you order it tonight" then your eyes brightened. "Thank you!! You're a life saver!" She just waved you off and mumbled a welcome as you food was served.

Upon arriving home, you immediately went to your room and opened your laptop. I hope there's something!! Gods please! As you were browsing one thing caught your eye and that's a polar bear onesie. This would look cute on him. I'll order this then. It's all or nothing!!!

After 3 days, the packaged arrived and you double checked it. It looks good! I can't wait to give this to him after 5 more days. You looked excited and wrapped it up in a gift box.

You've asked the team to have a surprise birthday party for Furuya which everyone agreed. It would be after the practice and he will have an overtime practice with Miyuki and Coach Kataoka then they'll proceed to the cafeteria and that's where you'll surprise him. You were so excited on that day taht you can't seem to concentrate.

Practice began to start and the managers and your best friend helped you with the preparations. After 2 hours everything was ready and you still have 10 minutes until the end of practice. As the players arrived you all took your places and Rei-san called them over for a meeting.

As Furuya stepped into the cafeteria, poppers began to pop and surprused him. "Happy birthday Furuya/ Satoru/Senpai!" Can be heard. He was glued to his place and looked at you. You were holding the cake and smiling at him. "Go in Furuya. (F/N) really made a big effort for this surprise." Miyuki urged the ace and smirked.

He approached you and blew the candles. The team was clapping and congratulating him. As the team began to line up for their dinner, you pulled Furuya outside and gave him his gift. "Happy birthday Toru! Iloveyou!" He looked at you with tears in his eyes. "Ohh don't cry love. It's your special day" he can't resist anymore and pulled you in for a tight hug.

You giggled and ugred him to open his gift. When he opened it you could see sparkles all over him. "Why don't you try it later and send a picture to me." He nodded and hugged you again " this is the best birthday ever (F/N). Thank you! Iloveyousomuch!" You whispered an iloveyoutoo and pulled him back to the cafeteria. "Let's eat!" You smiled brightly at him and he gave you one of his rare smiles.

When he finished taking a shower, he went back to his room to try on your gift. To Ono and Yui's surprise, your gift was a polar bear onesie that fit him very well. He passed his cellphone to Ono and asked him a favor to take a picture of him.

You were laying in bed until you heard your phone vibrate from your desk. As you checked it was a message from your boyfriend with a picture attached to it.

"Oooohhh it fits him perfectly!! So cute! Gotta save this and send this to (B/F/N)" you squealed.

To your horror, you clicked the group chat and sent the picture there. All of them teased Furuya and it was all your fault. Oh well. Not my problem anymore.
You giggled and went to sleep.
