MY LIFE HAD LITERALLY TURNED UPSIDE DOWN WITHIN SECONDS......
    
    Standing in the boys changing room in a desperate attempt to hide from the vicious attacks of a shrieking mystical bird  I find out that  I'm not human, at least not fully because  I'm a  half Djinn, and to top it off,  I'm being hunted by supernatural assassins. 
    
    The human realm has lost its safety for me. 
    
    
    Is the Djinn realm with its powerful magic, cunning politics, and darkly ambitious shape-shifting queen a safe place for a  seventeen-year-old half blood girl to survive?
    Umm.....I don't think so.
    
    
    But the gorgeous violet-eyed guy who suddenly appears out of thin air doesn't give me the time to process any of this as tossing me over his shoulder he begins moving towards the portal .....
