Jamie Cooper could not be happier. She has a new home with Shadow, new family, and Goodwin has no idea where they are, so they have no worry of an attack. But Jamie's quiet life is interrupted when Goodwin unleashes one surprise after another, including a new, dangerous enemy - a fourteen-year-old boy named Gray, who will stop at nothing to kill them.
