With a new school year comes a new group of classmates, including aspiring writer Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and track and field team member Ma. Leonor "Leni" Gerona is assigned to the same class. Despite being complete strangers at first, a few unexpected encounters ignite an innocent desire in their hearts.

As fate brings their paths to a cross, they experience the markers of adolescent love: a yearning glance and a fluttering heart. Despite the fact that love is patient and compassionate, Bongbong and Leni realized that it is not always easy. Heartache and worry go hand in hand with exploring the sensations in their hearts, despite the solace they enjoy in each other's companionship.

The road ahead is hazy, with the uncertainty of how the other genuinely feels and the competing affections of others around them. Despite this, Bongbong summons the confidence to ask Leni a single question beneath the bright light of a full moon, a question that will permanently alter their tranquil relationship. And that particular question will form as their first love.
