Falling in love with her best friend was probably the worst mistake Beca ever made. Especially since her best friend was straight, but played her for the fame.

Beca confessed her feelings for chloe the night after her performance on the USO tour. Chloe told her she didn't feel the same but didn't want their friendship to be ruined. They stayed friends but Beca never fell out of love.

They moved out to LA together for Beca's career and for Chloe to try to get into the acting business. There was many nights that Beca came home to random men in their apartment that Chloe had slept with. Each and everyone hurt but she kept it secret. Each time chloe would tell her it was for a role but they backed out.

Beca picked her up time and time again. Told her to say fuck you to anyone who laughed at her because she was so talented and soon would be a name know world wide. Told her she'd catch her when she'd fall.

This went on for almost a year. Beca had made a name for herself at this point and Chloe saw that as an advantage.

Chloe pretended to fall in love with the brunette. They dated for six months, they even slept together. Beca even told her she loved her.

Once Beca introduced her to some movie directors and got her a few roles in some movies she ended it all. Beca ended up finding out from Aubrey that Chloe was just playing her the whole time.

That hurt like hell.

Beca was angry. They got into a huge fight and Beca moved out of their shared apartment and never spoke to the redhead again.

She was watching Ellen one night and chloe was a guest. She went to turn it off when Ellen asked if there was anyone to thank for her fame. Chloe then proceeded to say that she got herself to that point and the only people to thank were her parents for supporting her.

Beca was so pissed that she wrote a new song, the song she was performing tonight, with Chloe in the audience.

The Bellas had flew out for a reunion, it started tonight at Beca's concert. They all knew what happened between her and the redhead and they were all on Beca's side for it.

"I have one last song for you guys. I wrote this about someone I knew who played me for the fame. It's called 'Without Me'" she said.

Beca caught eye with the redhead and smirked slightly.

Chloe turned to leave the concert but was stopped by Amy and Stacie.

"You hurt her red. You have to listen" Amy spoke.

Beca thought back on how she was so in love with Chloe she never saw her playing her.

Beca pointed in the direction of Aubrey while she looked the redhead directly in the eyes.

I had to go and find out from them

Beca jumped down from the stage and walked directly in front of the redhead. Singing every line directly at her.

Chloe was furious. How dare she call her out in such a public place. The two had a stare down for a few more seconds before Beca returned to the stage, said farewell, and left.

Amy drug chloe backstage with them when they went to visit the brunette.

"That was an awesome song Bec." Stacie smiled as she pulled the girl into a hug.

"Glad you liked it. It's one of my favorites now." Beca smiled.

"Why would you do that? Write a song like that and then make it blatantly obvious that it's about me?" Chloe asked crossing her arms.

"You played me. You knew I loved you and still you played me. You deserved that because you would be nowhere without me. If it wasn't for me you would've ended up on the streets." Beca snapped back.

"My talent got me where I am. Not you." Chloe said.

"Your talent? The talent that I had to pay for in order for you to get a role? That talent? You're talented now chloe but not back then" Beca answered.

"What do you mean?" Chloe asked.

"The director of your first movie wasn't going to hire you. I payed him eight hundred thousand dollars for you to finally get your goal and then you played me." Beca confessed.

"Why would you do that?" Chloe asked quietly.

"Because I loved you." Beca answered immediately.

The rest of the bellas didn't know what to say. Beca looked around to each of them before shaking her head and leaving.

Nobody ever heard from her again.
