"Hey Bec I'm sorry but there's Drama rehearsals today that I completely forgot about.  I can't tutor you." Her math teacher, Mrs. James told her.

"That's okay. Do you mind if I tag along? With Jesse being apart of the play and me suppose to be studying my dad won't be here till five. I really don't want to walk home." Beca asked.

"Sure. You can tell us what you think." She smiled.

The two headed down to the auditorium and walked in. Beca was amazed with how it looked because they literally turned it into the movie set.

Barden was a rich school and put a lot of money into their arts so they had a big auditorium that fit hundreds of people.

The show this year was "The Greatest Showman" and her brother, Jesse, had the lead role. He played P.T Barnum, the character Hugh Jackman played. She'd never seen her brother so excited.

Beca sat down beside her teacher as she watched everyone chatter and warm up. She saw her brother with his best friend Benji. She looked at everyone in their costumes and laughed a bit. That was until she saw a beautiful redhead descending from a ring in the sky.

The girl was the most beautiful she's ever seen. She had bright blue captivating eyes as well as fiery red hair. Her body was perfect. She was dressed like Zendaya was during 'Rewrite the Stars', she was guessing the girl was playing Anne Wheeler.

"Who's that?" Beca asked Mrs. James, never taking her eyes off the girl.

"That's Chloe Beale. She's a senior this year. Amazing voice and very talented. She's in the math class right before yours, I'm surprised you never crossed paths." She told her.

"No I've never seen her before." Beca commented as she continued to watch the girl practice in the air.

About an hour later they were getting ready to rehearse Anne and Phillips scene, the song they sing together and Chloe looked stressed.

"Mrs. James Justin flaked again. I don't even think he knows what's going on anymore. How am I suppose to practice when he's not here?" She asked.

"Uhh" Mrs. James said while scanning the room, her eyes landing on the brunette in the audience, "Beca! Come here." She called.

Beca approached the stage confused, "Yes ma'am?" She asked.

"Have you watched the greatest showman?" She asked.

"No but I have had to use it's music in some mixes so I've watched those scenes." Beca answered.

"Do you know the song and choreography to Rewrite the Stars?" She asked suddenly.

"I know the song yeah, the dance is a bit different considering their spinning and swinging on ropes and shit for half of it but I've got most of it. Why?" She asked confused.

"Chloe meet your new Phillip Carlyle." Mrs. James said proudly.

"Wait what! Mrs. James I don't know if I can help." Beca said immediately.

"I just need you to help her do this scene. You're not going to swing in the air with her or do any of those crazy stunts unless you know how. Can you climb?" She asked.

"Yeah." Beca said skeptically.

"Can you climb up to the second floor over there?" She asked pointing over.

Instead of answering Beca made her way over and quickly climbed up the side, hanging off the pillar much like Zac does in the movie.

"Perfect! I want you to do that but don't jump to the rope. Don't need you missing and breaking something or knocking the wind out of Chloe. We'll get there." She smiled as Beca came down.
