Beca found herself in a bar after her nasty breakup. This place was packed, the only empty seat was beside her.

A few minutes later as she nursed her drink a beautiful redhead came in and sat next to her.

"What's somebody like you doing in a place like this" Beca said, glancing at the girl.

The bar they were in wasn't the most popular or the cleanest but every bar on a Saturday night was packed. Beca found this was the only night this place would fill. She was surprised to see someone as nicely dressed and beautiful as the redhead was.

"I could ask you the same thing" she shot back with a smile.

"But I asked first" she smirked, finding her confidence.

"Breakup, my boyfriend was a dick and I caught him cheating when I got home today" she explained with a bit of sadness as she got her drink.

"Same. I wasn't cheated on but my girlfriend decided I just wasn't good enough for her. We got into a screaming match where not very good things were said." Beca explained.

"You're gay? Sorry that came out blunt." Chloe said slightly embarrassed.

"No it's cool. Yeah I'm gay" she smiled.

"Cool I'm bi so it doesn't bother me." She offered a warm smile.

"Nother round?" Beca asked motioning to the empty glasses.

"If your paying then ya, 707 on the rocks" Chloe smiled.

"You got it." Beca laughed as she waved down the bartender.

A few more rounds later and the two girls were starting to feel their buzz.

"Jenny would be so jealous right now." Beca slurred with a laugh.

"Who's Jenny?" Chloe asked.

"My ex. She always claimed I liked redheads and that I'd leave her for one. She'd be so jealous of you right now" Beca laughed.

"Tom would be jealous too. He hated when I was out with girls" she slurred.

"What if we sent them a picture? That'll get them mad" Beca suggested.

"Let's do it!" Chloe smiled as she whipped her phone out, snapping a picture of the two.

Beca did the same and they sent them off, Chloes saying she was happy without him and Beca's saying she wasn't going home alone tonight even though she probably was.

"You know that Luke Bryan song? Home alone tonight? I think we're living it right now" Chloe giggled.

"We could sing it, this is a karaoke bar" Beca suggested.

"Let's do it!" Chloe squealed as she pulled Beca to the DJ.

They got on stage with a smile as the music began.

Oh
Oh
What you doin' in this place?
(Well, I could probably ask you the same thing)
Another round, girl, what you think?
(If you're buying, well, you know I'll drink, some, make it 707)
Do you want it on the rocks?
(A double shot of heaven)
Spilling out the top

And we'll go
Shot, for shot, for shot
'Til we forgot what we came here to forget
Ain't a clock, a tick, a tock, that's gonna stop
A night we won't regret
So put your drink down, throw your camera up
Flip it around and snap a payback picture
(I'll send it to my ex)
I'll send it to my ex
And send them both a text saying
"We ain't going home alone tonight"
Girl you ain't gotta, I ain't gotta go
Home alone tonight

Slow country from a cover band
(I got you covered if you don't know how to dance
But if you want we could grab a cab)
Girl, we got all night, I got a bottomless tab so let's go

Shot, for shot, for shot
'Til we forgot what we came here to forget
Ain't a clock, a tick, a tock, that's gonna stop
A night we won't regret
So put your drink down, throw your camera up
Flip it around and snap a payback picture
(I'll send it to my ex)
I'll send it to my ex
And send them both a text saying
"We ain't going home alone tonight"
Girl you ain't gotta, I ain't gotta go
Home alone tonight

It feels too good to let it end right here
I ain't going home alone tonight
(So, let's not let it end, let it end right here)
Girl, you're going home with me, so let's go

Shot, for shot, for shot
'Til we forgot what we came here to forget
Ain't a clock, a tick, a tock, that's gonna stop
A night we won't regret
Put your drink down, throw your camera up
Flip it around and snap a payback picture
(I'll send it to my ex)
I'll send it to my ex
And send them both a text saying
"We ain't going home alone tonight"
Girl you ain't gotta, I ain't gotta go
Home alone tonight

Girl you ain't gotta, I ain't gotta go
Home alone tonight
(Baby, don't let me go home alone)
Home alone tonight

The two laughed as they made their way off the stage.

"I like your voice" Chloe smiled.
