When you woke, you had a major throbbing headache you put on a purple tux that matched Charlie's red one, it was an inside joke. After you tossed your hair up in a braided bun, you began to leave your room to start the day.

But as you reached the bottom of the stairs you had an extremely strong vibe wash over you, a bad one.

And as you crept into the throne room, you knew why, almost immediately. Lucifer was sitting on his throne with his fingertips pressed together. He was mad as fucking hell, though if you didn't live with him, and know him like the back of your hand, you wouldn't know it.

His expression was calm, though the energy he radiated was almost suffocating. The imps around him kept casting side glances like they were afraid he would snap at so much as a bad breath.

You read his mind, you saw the interview with Killjoy and Trench. "Oh shit." you whispered to yourself, taking a daring step inside and bidding him a good morning, though you knew he most definitely was not having a good morning.

Lucifer looked at you and didn't change his expression. "Did you know?" his words were low in pitch and dripped with furious venom, though you could tell, he was concerned about Charlie, and seemed a bit unsure of how to handle the situation.

You let out a breath before you spoke to him, there was no use lying, especially after last night.

"I knew, she told me yesterday before she did it. I told her not to, that she should shut the damned thing down. I warned her about the same things you're concerned about Dad. I tried." you said calmly, holding his intimidating gaze.

"This is something outside of my jurisdiction, but I think it's something she's going to have to realize on her own. I won't work."

"What exactly is she planning to do?" Lucifer questioned further.

You let out a breath again, hesitant to answer.

"Well?" Lucifer snapped, clearly running out of patience with you.

"She wants to see if..." you paused for a moment, then decided to just outright say it. "She wants to see if its possible for you and Mom can get back into heaven."

Your answer shocked Lucifer, you saw it in his gaze.

"She thinks that there's a chance all of us could go. I told her not to give people false hope and she's a idiot if she thinks only demons who want to be redeemed are going to show up. I told her it's dangerous and completely irrational. But she's convinced herself it's worth trying."

Lucifer said nothing for a moment, he just let out a sigh and drew his hand down his face. The anger began to leave his body as he started to understand why Charlie had done it, and he knew that she only had good intentions.

"What am I gonna do with her?" he breathed to nobody in particular.

"I don't think there's much you can do."

"Go eat." Lucifer directed, clearly wanting to be left alone to think about it.

You respected his demands and made your way into the kitchen.

Nothing looked appetizing so you just got a coffee.

Then after waiting a few moments, you decided to return to Lucifer. Upon entering, a sharp ringing filled your ears, slowly at first, until it grew unbearable.

You doubled over in pain and grabbed your head.

Be careful where you tread your majesty,  A voice raged through your thoughts, but it wasn't like when Lucifer or Alastor communicated telepathically, this was awful.
