Laughter downstairs told you that Kelsey was already downstairs. You couldn't help but bed excited, and it showed. You hadn't seen Kelsey in over two years.

Why he was here?

Not a clue.

However, you were going to make the best of it. So you grabbed Alastor's wrist and drug him down the stairs. Lucifer, Kelsey, his wife and kids, and the rest of your friends all sat in the living area, giggling about something.

"You two get done fucking?" Eridah asked when she noticed you.

A fierce glare from you shut her up, very quickly. Kelsey smiled upon seeing you. "How are you Mrs. Mel?" He smiled as he stood to greet you.

Kelsey's dark grey skin and handsome features were nicely matched by his black hair and piercing green eyes. His wife, Athena, was a tall demon with pale pink skin and black hair. Their kids, Hayden and Arthur were twins.

Arthur looked more like his father and Hayden was a perfect mix of the two.

"So I hear good things about you." Kelsey gave a glance toward Alastor.

"Of course." you stepped to the side as Alastor and Kelsey exchanged an introduction. You paid little attention to them past that as Hayden and Arthur approached you.

"You two been giving hell to the schools?" you asked with a smile. "Why didn't you and uncle Luci come to southside!? I would have welcomed a good challenge." Hayden snorted defiantly. A giggle escaped your mouth. "When you're in high school we will." You promised.

"You gonna be the flower girl at Malachi's wedding?" You asked her with a smile as you sat next to your father, Hayden quickly clambered up so that she sat on your lap. She was only ten, but it felt like she was so much younger. After a moment, Alastor sat next to you and you scooted closer to him but kept Hayden on your lap, Arthur sat next to Lucifer, chatting earnestly.

The two twins were impressively clever and easy to talk to. Their conversation skills were limitless, then after a while, Damone, Dax, and Zandri offered to go outside with them and it immediately stole them away from you and Lucifer.

Kelsey watched them go with a smile. "Reminds me of when you were little." Lucifer chuckled, looking at you.

"Yeah well, that was a long time ago." You snorted in response, knowing he was looking for an excuse to tell embarrassing stories from your childhood. "You answered that awful fast." Kelsey smiled at you. "I'm not doing this today, I just woke up from one hell of a concussion, I ain't doing this shit today." You said in response, snuggling deeper into Alastors side.

Kelsey smiled and moved on from the initial topic. "So do you have a set date for your wedding love?" Kelsey asked Malachi with a smile. "June sixth." Malachi purred happily from her spot beside Lilith.

"Why the sixth?" Athena asked, crossing her legs. "Because that's the day they went on their first date." You smiled at Athena, who giggled in response.

"When was your first date?" Athena passed a glance between you and Alastor, you burned a bit as you thought about it. You saw Alastor get a sly smirk as he thought about the same day you did.

"January third," you answered quickly. "We did some... stuff."

"So soon after the cleanse?" Kelsey asked with a surprised glance. "I met him during the cleanse." You giggled.
