The guards coming back in told me it was the next morning. I didn't sleep, and the pain from my arm was getting worse. I open my eyes when I hear the plate hit the floor, and I go to pick it up and sit in front of the hole.

I wait for lacy to come, and she does, already knowing she can have my food. I again try to do the best I can to make sure she gets the most out of it.

"Oh my god, your hand." she says and I nod.

"Yeah." I say while I look down at it.

"I wish I could help you." she says and I shake my head.

"It's okay, I'm trying my best to keep it clean." I say and she nods.

"Was it Loren?" she asks, and I nod.

"I hate her. She's always had a problem with jealousy." she says and I nod again.

"I think i'm going back to her today." I say.

"That's horrible. I feel bad. The only thing I can give you is hope it won't be too bad." she says and I shake my head.

"It's okay." I say.

We sit in silence until I hear the door open, and I already know who it is. I look up at them while they corner me, again leaving a space between them. Maybe if I acted like I was going to be obedient, they would relax more tomorrow and I could escape.

I agree with my own idea before I stand up and calmly follow them, trying to control my nerves when we enter the office and I see Loren there with her father.

"Good morning, Lilith. Isn't it a beautiful day?" she asks and I continue to look at her.

"However, it seems as if your boyfriend is being a tad bit too destructive, destroying anything in his path. And we can't have that now can we?" she says and I switch from looking at her to her father.

I begin looking around the room, trying to figure out what she was going to do today. All I saw was a chair in the middle of the room.

"Lilith, if you will, not like you really have a choice." she says, gesturing toward the chair.

I walk over to the chair, forcing myself to not try to escape. When I sit down, the men hold my arms down to the chair so I can't get back up. My burned arm hurts even more when it feels the weight of the man on it.  I feel Loren go behind me, taking my hair in both her hands.

"What a beautiful color. Nice length, healthy." she says.

I close my eyes as I realize what she was doing, she was going to cut my hair.

"Open your eyes, before I take them out. I won't leave you bald dear, don't worry." she says.

I open my eyes and flinch when her finger brushes my face as she starts to gather my hair. I feel her start to brush my hair down, and then I hear her start to cut it. The original length stopped just right above my butt, but I felt the scissors at my half back.

I feel the scissors go all the way across my back, telling me she's cut it already. I take a deep breath when I see my hair on the floor. Something that wasn't supposed to make me feel strong had been taken away from me. I tried not to give in to the tears, but they came out.

"Crying already? This isnt even physical pain." Loren mocks.

I feel her go higher, this time stopping at my shoulders. I take a breathe in when I feel her start to cut, closing my eyes as I feel it brush down my back. I feel the scissors come off my back, telling me she's finished.

"I think I did a good job, not very choppy." she says.

Her dad comes near me, kicking my hair on the floor as he passes it.

"Looks good," he says.

My breath gets caught in my throat when they let my arms go, and I immediately go to touch the back of my head. It stopped at my shoulders, and I could feel my eyes tear up. I blink, forcing them back as I see her come in front of me.

She laughs at me before calling one of the men to stand by her.

It takes everything in me to not jump and try to fight her, or to escape. But I had to act calm so I atleast had the chance to escape tomorrow.

"You're not going to give us a reaction?" she says.

I don't answer her and she scoffs while she walks away.

"Break a rib or two, I don't care." she says before she walks out of the room, her father following her.

I jump out of the chair and try to run away from them but one of them grabs my arm, pushing me to the floor. I cry out in pain as they kick me and punch me, mostly hitting my body. They got a couple hits on my face, and I felt my lip split. They stop when a crack rips through the room, telling them they finally broke something.

And from the pain in my side, I could tell it was a rib. I feel one of them grab my arms while the other grabs my legs, and I try to recognize the route from here to the room. My vision was getting cloudy, but I had to stay focused. I turn my head and we enter the room, and they throw me on the floor.

I clutch my side in pain, and I take deep, labored breaths as each breath brings me pain. I brush my now short hair over my shoulder before forcing myself to get up and get over to the hole in the wall.

"Lacy." I say, and she immediately comes to the hole.

"We need to get out, tomorrow morning. I won't survive tomorrow night if we don't." I say.

"I don't know when we're supposed to be getting transported, but it should be soon. Security is the tightest it's ever been right now, it won't be easy to escape, guessing by how you're breathing, I'm guessing you're injured." she says.

"Yes, I am. We have to leave tomorrow morning, no exceptions." I say.

"I don't know, Lilith." she says.

"Do you have any idea how to get out?" I ask.

"I think I know the codes to the door. I've figured them out over time, but I don't know if it's exact." she says.

"Okay, when they serve you breakfast in the morning, find a way to make them unconscious. When you do, come back and I'll try to be finished by them. That'll leave us with unlocked doors, and then we can try to leave." I say.

"Okay, what happens after we escape? You have somewhere to go, I don't." she says.

"Riot can get you a job at one of his clubs, but if you don't come you definitely won't survive if he raids the place, it's better to come now, please just trust me." I say.

"Okay." she says.

"Okay. Figure out what you're going to do. We'll talk later, okay?" I say.

"Okay." she says.

I crawl away from the hole and sit in the middle of the room, trying to make myself as warm as possible. If I couldn't handle the cold in here, I didn't know how I was going to be able to handle it outside. I take a deep breath and stare at the wall, trying to decide how I am going to be able to do everything tomorrow.

I sort ideas out in my head for hours, deciding the best one would be to hit him in the head with a tray. I crawl back over to the hole and call Lacys name.

"Yes?" she says.

"Did you figure anything out?" I ask.

"Yes, I think i'm going to hit him with one of the books they gave me. It's pretty thick, and it should be able to do it with a couple hits." she says and I nod.

"Okay. Hide when they first come in and then attack, okay?" I say, and she nods.

"And if I don't respond to you in the morning, don't do anything, okay?" I say.

"You better not die when we have this plan. I think it's going to work." she says .

"It better." I say.
