I feel Lilith start to wake up when the tattoo gun stops. The girl side of my tattoo was done, and it was obvious it was her. When I drew it, I made sure to get the smallest details of her body. Her only visible scar, the R necklace that always dangles from her neck. It was from the neck down and ended below her hips, but it was her.

She has a very pretty face, but I was going to get that later, somewhere more visible. I look down at Lilith as she rubs her eyes and sits up, looking at the tattoo. She smiles when she sees it before looking back at me.

"Now we have to do the more painful side, this one is going to take twice as long. Are you sure you want to do this tonight?" Jordan asks and I nod.

"Yeah, i'm good." I say as Lilith lays her head back down on my chest.

The first tattoo only took a couple hours, but I knew Lilith needed enough sleep to take care of Ava tomorrow. I pull my arm up and start playing with her hair as she starts to fall asleep. There wasn't a deeper reason behind the tattoo, I just realized I had been thinking about her so much, there might as well be something permanent behind it.

I knew I would have to give my mafia a heir soon, and Lilith would make a great mother. She's shown it with Ava, and she shows it by the way she talks to people. I also knew Lilith wasn't suited for raising a child in the mafia.

She's all about showing Ava random rainbows, and teaching her to be nice to everyone. That could never be our child. She wouldn't be able to show them that kindness after a certain age, because I would have to start training them.

Sooner or later, I would have to start looking for girls in other mafias. Not that I needed power, but they know how to be Donnas. Lilith doesn't. Yes, she was the heir to the french mafia, but she wasn't raised in it.

Girls raised in the mafia are made to be housewives, toys, and more obedient than a dog. They think the world owes them something, and the only way they'll get it is if they marry a powerful don. Lilith doesn't think like that. She thinks we're the ones who owe the earth, and she doesn't care about money.

I look down at her as she sleeps on my chest and watch as she brings her arm around my mid torso. I feel Jordan start tattooing but I ignore the pain and look at Lilith. There was something about her that draws people to her. She takes a deep breath and pushes her head farther on me before her breaths become even again.

I look at her for a while, and then I decide to wake her up.

"Lilith." I say and her head turns to the side a little.

"Wake up, Lilith." I say and she slowly opens her eyes before she smiles at me.

"Is it done?" she asks and I shake my head.

"No, it's not." I say and she brings her hand to the top of my head, pushes back the pieces of my hair that fell into my face.

Her bracelet shone in the light as she continued to play with my hair.

"Приближается день рождения авы, мы должны что-то сделать." she says before she drops her hand from my hair and lays it on my chest.

(Ava's birthday is coming up, we have to do something)

"Что она хочет делать?" I say and she shrugs.

(What does she want to do?)

"Она не может пригласить своих друзей и домашних животных. Мы можем отвезти ее куда-нибудь, но ничего особенного. Она должна быть сдержанной, не забывай этого." I say.
