Abigail's pov

Pharaoh stood up from his throne along with Queen Nerfertiti. All the royals standing up at the realisation while silence reigned in the halls of the ballroom.

"Have you really?"

Cepos nodded, "Yes father. We have been doing a lot of underground investigations and finally found them."

"Where is it?" Pharaoh asked, looking all over the two girl's bodies for a sign.

Without any vocal reply, Cepos raised up Rea's skimpy gown to reveal her thigh while Seth turned over Abby's hand to reveal the mark.

Pharaoh stumbled closer and grazed his fingers over Abby's mark making her skin prickle with goosebumps and did the same to her sister before smiling and turning to his sons with a laugh. "You have done well, my sons. Cepos, you are truly made for the position as King and Sethos, you will have full control over your shares."

"But then father, we also found out that Abigail and her maid were trying to escape." Just then Abby saw Ahura who was pushed onto the ground. An emotionless look was on her face while Abby feared for her.

"Who is this Abigail?" Abby was pushed forward as well but refused to fall onto her knees like Ahura.

Pharaoh noticed this and stood taller as whispers filled the room. "Silence!"

He turned to look at Abigail. "You have a lot of strength, but I can crush you in just one of my palms. Treason has its payments and that is death but then again, opposing your king is also worthy of punishment..."

"That is why, I suggest something entertaining for us all, father."

Pharaoh turned to look at Seth with a raised eyebrow. "What is it?"

Seth smirked, "Unleash the beast..."

Cheers filled the room as Pharaoh nodded and waved his hand as a 'go on', moving back to sit upon his throne, as did Queen Nerfertiti and all the other royals...

Abby was suddenly grabbed by two guards, as was Ahura who had a fearful look on her face. Abby didn't know what they had meant until she was placed in the center of the room and it started going lower and lower until it looked like an underground pit. Dangerous weapons being presented before the two girls to choose from. Abby, now understanding what was happening as she screamed, "No! I won't do this!"

Abby shook her head, her hands shook, she didn't know what to do but then she heard Ahura's voice. "I am sorry, Abby, but I would fight for my life no matter what."

Ahura picked up a sword, her face growing fierce. She swung it in Abby's direction and she managed to dodge at the last moment, the blade slicing her skin with a partially small wound.

Abby couldn't say she didn't know how to fight but she also couldn't say she could hurt her friend who even though wielded a sword to kill her, was still her friend.

"Ahura, stop. We could get over this together."

Abby dodged Ahura's strike again. "It doesn't matter, princess. There is no escape from the death pit."

Another strike and a dodge... Abby saw the material of her dress fall onto the floor and this partially distracted her enough for Ahura's sword to slice the skin of her hand.

Abby screamed, clutching the wound and gritting her teeth. She still wasn't going to fight her friend...but then she saw the smile on her face.

All Abby saw was red as adrenaline flowed through her veins. She grabbed the ends of her dress and tore it, tying it tight around her hand in order to reduce the bleeding. Leaving it at that, Abby faced her target, completely forgetting about the wound.
