Abigail's pov
Vol.2:

Abby walked down the lonely alley, the alley she had come to know so much. She wanted to stop walking, but she knew she couldn't, no matter how hard she tried...

Finally stopping when she was met by an open space... There was nothing but darkness, pitch black darkness that Abby couldn't even see her own hand, and suddenly it wasn't that dark anymore. Abby could see a silhouette of a person...a lady.

The darkness made up every inch of her and the space around Abby, but Abby found it hard to believe that she could still see the girl.

"III fooound youuu." A sickly sweet voice echoed around in the darkness... And like every other time, Abby asked the same foolish question that would get the character killed in a horror movie...

"W-Who are you?"

The figure turned around, the darkness still coating her entire form..

"Ruuun Abbyyy, I'm your worst nightmare..."

Abby shot up from the bed and into a sitting position, something strange for a nine months pregnant female, but then again, almost everything was strange about Abby's pregnancy...

Abby was heavily pregnant and was going to be due at any moment from then, but she still had never received any kicks from her baby which made a tiny part of her think that her baby was dead, a part she prayed was wrong..

Abby's body was not changing like a pregnant woman's body was supposed, apart from her rounded belly, Abby did not have on any extra weight from the food she ate... If she could erase her rounded stomach from existence, Abby would look just like she used to.

Abby's breasts remained the same. There was no heaviness nor addition to their size, they remained stagnant, just like the rest of her body. She didn't even feel any pain or discomfort in her sitting or sleeping positions.. She could sleep or sit however she liked... Like she wasn't even pregnant in the first place...

But the most concerning part of Abby's strange pregnancy was the fact that she was well into her ninth month, in two days, she would be entering her tenth and yet, Abby was yet to experience any signs of labour... She did not want to seem like a bother to anyone, so she didn't speak to anyone about her worries concerning her delivery... Abby did not even tell her sister about her fears, she kept them all to herself... But she couldn't deny that with every passing minute, she became more and more anxious concerning her child's health. Since the beginning of her pregnancy, Abby had never even gone for any checkups at the hospital, how was she supposed to be assured that her child was perfectly fine?

It seemed to her that no one but her was concerned about the wellbeing of her child... She couldn't help but wonder if her child was actually safe with the gods. She often wondered if her child was safe with her own sister, that was the extent of Abby's insecurities. She found herself wondering if she should run away...

No. That won't be necessary... They surely care for her child..... Right?

Still, Abby was anxious about what the future would hold for her and her baby. She was so engrossed in her thoughts that she didn't notice the figure standing beside her bed, but when she did, she was anything but calm about it.

A scream ripped through Abby's throat at the smallish figure of the little girl standing by her bed, but the sound immediately seized in her throat and Abby found herself unable to make a sound.

"Be quiet, girl."

That voice. Abby knew that voice...

"Do you know who I am now? I mean no harm..."
