Beginning of Book 1.

Abigail's pov

"Abi! Rea! Get ready for school!" Abi heard her mom shout from downstairs.

"Okay, Mom!" Rea and Abigail yelled. Abi was about to get out of her bed when Rea groaned.

"I don't feel like going to school today..." Rea turned to Abi.

"-Cover for me?" She gave Abi a wide grin to which she didn't return.

"No."

"Pretty please?"

"No."

"Pretty please, please?"

"No."

"Pretty please with a cherry on top?" Abi turned to lock eyes with her twin sister.

"No."

"Ugh! You're so mean..." Abi chuckled at that before nodding at Rea.

"I know."

With that, Abi walked into the bathroom to do her morning routine that consisted of taking a shower and brushing her teeth. By the time she was done, Rea was already putting on her clothes and Abi couldn't help but admire her.
There was a huge difference between the twins, while Rea was cheery and happy at all times, Abi was the moody sociopathic person; in exception to her family, Abi rarely talked to anyone else, Rea was the twin who could talk to anyone and brighten up their day, she was the life of the party. Not only was she the popular, thin and flexible twin, she was also the beautiful one. Both had been blessed with their mother's beauty and father's features; it was just that Rea pulled off the jet black hair and blue eyes, more than Abi ever could. They were closer than ever as children, but upon entering High School, the both went different ways. Everyone knew Rea as the beautiful twin, Abi didn't want to be mistaken as her, so she chose the opposite path to where Rea headed, the path without the attention, the path that led to getting straight A's and never getting appreciated for it. It was safe to say that Abi was in fact jealous of her twin, but who wouldn't be? Abi never had an identity of her own, she always had to live in her sister's shadow, always mistaken for Rea hurt her more than ever...The fact that she chose to leave her hair to grow on or get glasses never did anything to change what people addressed her as. It wasn't Rea they called her anymore, it was Rea's sister. She often asked herself why her parents even gave her a name in the first place if she was still going to be called Rea's sister...

There was so much difference between the sisters, while Rea loved the bright colors like pink, green and yellow; Abi stuck with the dark colors like blue, red and black. It wasn't like Abi didn't like the bright colors as well, she just chose to let her sister have them so they could have their own identities.

Her thoughts were distracted by the sound of snapping fingers.

She looked up to see her sister in front of her.

"I've been asking you the same question like five times!" She exclaimed.

"What?"

"What are you thinking about?" She asked causing Abi to roll her eyes at her sister's prying nature.

"Why do you want to know?" Abi replied.

"Cause you were staring at me like a creep," Rea said, turning to complete her make up.

Abi didn't answer to that, instead she pulled on her uniform. It was a white button up shirt with a blue checked skirt and a blue checked tie. She pulled on her black button down sweater over her outfit and threw her long black hair into a ponytail.
