My head spun around once again but this time, Jin already knowing, he held me tightly against him so no one would notice the hard time I had. Everyone else was like nothing happened. Of course, every time I go to a portal, it isn't only my soul and body the ones that are teleported.
We are in the same forest yet everything looks different. The same castle stands a mile away from us but it is different. There are no humans around here, only werewolves...
The actual king of werewolves must be able to feel Jin which means we have to get the heck out of here because there is only one place for a wolf with the active status of the king around here.
"We have to get out of here," I say to everyone.
Thankfully, we go deeper into the forest, we get out of the boundaries within the werewolf kingdom right on time to not trigger the king. It is fine if a king just passes by so...
After we are in neutral territory, I pull Jin with me towards a circle that has started to form by all of us. I along with two other witches take out special magic powder to go to the Purple Province... the place I thought I would never see again.
I take a deep breath trying to calm myself a second before all of us throw the powder to the ground in sync.
My breath hitches as I look around a place I can't recognize at all. In this part of history, witches and wizards were free to do whatever they wanted. The Purple Province was one of the best places that existed as everyone would use magic to create awesome things. At this time, we didn't have to hide nor fear anything. Everything was so perfect... fairies were our friends, believe it or not.
Music played in the middle of the plaza and with the magical instruments used, the song could be heard anywhere.
Many witches were walking together and laughing with many cats following them around. Errant merchants screamed what they offered and the price as they walked by making this place noisy... the silence that the Purple Province has now is nowhere to be seen... I don't think there is silence here ever. There are so many magical beings here, I can't believe it.
"Charity Solo!" I hear someone scream.
"Roger Solo!" A female voice says back laughing.
I stand on the ground frozen as I look towards the voices. My breath hitches as I can see a little resemblance between them and me. Jin looks at them amused as well.
Charity is pregnant...
I know my family tree perfectly so I know who she's going to give birth to.
I shake my head to focus on my mission. I can't interact with my family... that could alter the timeline here.
"Does anyone know where the blacksmith is?" Wendy loosely asks as her gaze is anywhere but us.
"I..." Someone said lost in thoughts. "My family."
We followed the one who said to be from a long line of blacksmiths.
The sound of metal being hit is clear after a minute or two. A muscle pig stands with his body leaned forward as he works on making what seems to be a sword.
We all stand astonished watching him work as such thing is not done anymore by us as the magic require to make spells on our weapons are way too detectable.
Actually... in our time, the spells we can do without being detected are very few as fairies have learned how to detect us.
The man stops working to look at us filled with curiosity. He smiles like a bunny. He is very young... "Well, how you guys do? In what may I help you, folks?" He says with a weird accent, proper of the time.
"Jeon Jaehwa." The girl who claimed this man is her finally says confidently.
The man's eyes widened. "How would you know my name, dear lady? Everyone here knows me only for my nickname, Cookie."
Jin tensed out of nowhere. I looked at him from the corner of my eye confused to just see him staring at the man in shock.
Actually, now that I look at him better... I'm pretty sure he resembles someone in the Vampire Royalty... I think. But still, it couldn't be, right? He is a wizard that has nothing to do with vampires...
"It is complicated... but here." The girl took a medallion out of her money purse to show it to the man.
His eyes widened. "You are my blood."
She smiled. "I need your help with the order."
He frowned. "The order... but I had never-" He was cut off by an old voice that came behind us.
"They are indeed from the order." All of us turned around. An old, short lady stood in front of us... clearly, she is a member of the Council of Elders... "I knew this would happen. The room for time travel has been open, which can only mean one thing..."
Without saying a word, she walked away and all of us, including the blacksmith, followed her right away.
