22: Farewells

Only Jin and me...

After creating the portal, we all agreed on taking a break to sleep so we would not be exhausted. All that time went into cuddling Jin.

It is time to go now though. I have to make sure I'll blend it perfectly.

I pointed my wand at myself before I muttered under my breath to make my clothes become a dress... a dress middle-class women would wear. My breath hitched as the corset made me unable to breathe for a couple of seconds before I got used to it.  

My pregnancy is not obvious... at all but my body has already changed... my boobs are bigger now.

I looked up just to find Jin drooling as his gaze was pinned on my breast.

This perv.

Teasing him, I walked slowly towards him. Because of our mate bond, I could sense his heart pounding in his chest as I walked closer. 

I pointed my wand at him and repeated the process of changing his clothes, finally making him come back to reality.

"Hmm. Hello?" I moved my hand up and down over his eyes to catch his attention as he was still dazed off. 

In a swift move, he took my hand to pull me down on the bed. I gasped as he hovered over me. He leaned down to lay his face on my chest.

"You look good," he said with a muffled voice.

"Enjoy it as long as you can because as soon as I can I'll go back to wearing hoodies."

"I will," he whispered.

His hand made its way to my belly. I know he could feel if I'm pregnant as I'm his mate but because my pregnancy is slow, he still can not sense our baby until a month or two. 

I can't be at ease knowing what might happen in the future. All I can hope for is for everything to be over before I have to give birth... I have about a year and a half to end all this.

After a couple of minutes, both of us stand up ready to go. I take my fanny purse in my hands; I look at it for a couple of seconds figuring out in what I should transform it before we go to the past. I decide to transform it into a little coin purse and hang it on my neck like a necklace. It is long enough for the purse to disappear under my dress. 

Jin extends his arm for me to take it. We get out of the room looking like husband and wife. 

Before we go to the past once again, Jin and Hobi want to say goodbye to Yoongi as this is for sure the last time they are ever going to see him... or that is how it is supposed to happen.

As they go to talk to him, HeeYoung walked towards me smiling. I unconsciously return the smile as she is just way too nice... how could Yoongi be so cruel to her in the first place? 

"Take care of yourself and your baby," she said smiling.

I looked at her shocked. "B-baby?" I say trying to act normal. No one other than Hobi and Jin knows that I'm pregnant and I know they didn't say anything.

HeeYoung smiled. "From a pregnant woman to a pregnant woman, I can see it."

Of course...

I chuckled. "I will. Take care," I said hugging her.

After we broke the hug, she took my hand to put something in it. I looked down confused to see what it was. My heart fluttered as I saw a blue little blanket perfect for a baby. I smiled like a fool as I also knew, I was going to have a boy. 

It is weird to be facing the "Vampire Queen" I grown used to the last decades and now see her here in front of me looking and behaving completely different. They might be the same soul but they are completely different, they don't even have the same hair cut.

All outside the castle, towards the dark forest where I would be running away from Jin when we met. The same forest in which I learned Jin used to live before he met HeeYoung. 

This forest connects of all... apparently.

Every one of us is already dressed for the occasion... well, everyone except Hobi because he is going back to our original timeline to take over the throw while Jin is away.

Hobi hugs both of us not caring about Jin's death stare. 

"Take care. Both of you. You two better come back and not leave in that lonely castle all by myself." Hobi said pouting.

I chuckled. "You won't be alone." Hobi's eyes enlightened at my words. "JB will move in to be able to help us if I ever need him. 

His jaw dropped down. "That will be interesting!" He said laughing.

Hobi is the first one to go in the portal as it has been set up for him a couple of people from the order to go back to our timeline in case things get bad. After about five people returning, the portal was changed with a new spell for us to go back in time.

Jin took my hand in his firm yet gentle before we went through it.
