My Love; My Life: Slipping Through My Fingers

Agent: C (Or: Flashback-ish Chapter III)

*Agent c above: age 23*
Setting: unknown location, just after agent E's return; a different room-year is still 2048...

"You are to succeed in your mission where your sister failed in hers," the superior tells him, "and follow agents F and H into the past and kill her."

"Understood," he says reluctantly

"Ask," they state as they sense a question bubbling

"How do I trace where they went?" He asks them

"We can't be certain," they tell him, "but we have some ideas," they goes on & throws a three files down on the table, "these are the files for agent F, E and yourself," they explain to C, "I am confident that they traveled to at least one of these locations. Go through them, find them and clean up your sister's mess."

"Understood."

The superior takes their leave, leaving agent C to look through the three files, he doesn't bother looking at his sister's, figuring that it'd be about the same as his own. He starts with that of agent F's file, within the file he finds notes of the agent having impossible abilities, as well as a history with the woman his sister was sent out to kill-a long history. The more he reads the file, the more he wants to read; he becomes so engrossed by the content of the file, that he doesn't even notice his sister enter the room until she speaks...

"Yer reading the wrong file fratello."

"Don't do that," he says after jumping from being startled, then asks as she takes a seat next to him, "and what do you mean when you say I'm reading the wrong file?"

"You should be readin our files."

"..."

"If ya wanna find agents F n H n complete yer mission that is."

"What make you say that?"

"The fact that A: I was never an idiot doin stupid things like you that got my memories erased and B. I read the files for myself."

"If ya already read them, then just tell me what in them."

"I can't, I shouldn't even be in here and I should really leave before they come back and catch me here."

     That said, she leaves before he has any chance to protest her doing son; he closes agent F's file & goes straight for his own; upon opening in it, he finds his true birthday & identity. He finds the names of his parents, tests that their captors did on him & his sister; upon reading such things, he's quick to open & read his sister's file. In her file he finds that the did the same tests on her but go different results from his; now angered by the papers he's reading, he decides to take them with him...

"Gimme the time turner hermana," he says angrily as he holds out his hand

"After readin all that, yer seriously still gonna go through with it?!" She says to him in disbelief

"I won't let sentimentality stand in the way of completin my mission," he tells her in a cold hearted tone

"But Hec-"

"It's agent C," he cuts her off, "n I won't be spineless like you."

"Huh!" She goes into shock at his spiteful words

"Now gimme the turner."

"How could Y'all be so heartless?" She almost snaps looking like she gonna cry

"You n I both know it's how ya need ta be in our line of work."

"Neither of us ever asked ta be in this line of work."
