* Tuck (Marines) & Tina (genealogist), Panchali (bar tender) & Dalib (astrophysicist), Dal (Dallas Cowboy), Houie (NASA) & Cali (Dr. Tire), Luke, Angel, & Homily (family business), & Delilah (Dallas Cowboys cheerleader)-(age 21)*
* GG (Air Force) & Louie (Space Force), & Shey (auto shop)-(age 20)*
* Ace (Army) & Holly (Bar tender)-(age 19)
* B2 (neurologist-eventually) & Zin (Psychic-eventually, hobby right now) Cooper-around 15/16 yrs old, B2 is now a Sophomore in college & Zin is still homeschooled as well as well as talking a bit more, but only to a limited amount of people*

Setting: school year of 2040-2041 (not really school year, just using it cause it's easier for me to keep track)...

"My fellow Americans," Hyla starts speaking over a televised address towards the entire nation, "I must apologize. I have fail you all; I failed to keep the peace with Russia," she tells them bluntly as the reporters present where she is go silent as the nation drinks in her words, "I am extremely sorry," she repeats, "due to my failure, I must as all of our brave men and women serving out country to risk their lives in yer another war for freedom," she tells them, "all able bodies within the military, I apologize for asking you to leave your loved ones and fight this war, but it is for their sake as well as my own misstep that I request your aid in this fight. If this were a perfect a perfect world there would be no war or hardships-everyone would get along and we would have world peace. But the world is much like the people in it, it has its problems just as every individual person has their own problems."

     Everyone in the nation not in attendance at her conference watches her speech from their televisions, including her family-her relatives; all the country listened to her words, drinking them in. They listened to what she says intensely that all would hear a pin drop or mouse squeak-if such thing were to actually even occur. Every member of her family especially watches her speech with great interest: her parents with fear & most of her cousins with pride as they hold their dispatch papers. Ace & Holly married not long after Sheldon & Carl's weddings as well as just before Hyla's speech to the nation. It was like after Ace signed up into one branch of the military, one by one so did others of the cousins; Ace joined the army right after high school, the others dropped of college, feeling as though it was the better route: Tilly it was the Navy, GG the air force, Louie the space force, Tucker the marines, & Houie got a job at NASA.

     Tina & B2 remained in college, one wanting to be a neurologist, the other a genealogist while Zin joked to Sheldon about become a psychic but was serious considering it. The others decided to follow patches chosen for them: Dallas-the Dallas Cowboys, Cali-the next Dr. Tire, Shey the auto shop & Carl with his bar. Even Hyla has her own plans to take over the family business for her father in place of Cali, so that Cali could follow her own path. Aside from the Howletts & Asher, the kid's significant others still stayed in school-unsure of what they wanted to do with their lives. When the President's speech finally comes to an end, her family members that joined up leave their homes to ship out...

"Y'all're sure ya got everythin Houie?" Elvira asks her son, worry clearly in her voice

"I double n even triple checked mom," he tells her with a smile, "dad."

"Do everythin possible ta keep yerself safe-ya got that?"

"Yes sir."

"If y'all ain't come back," Homily states to him, "I'll kill ya fer it."
